Very clean and close enough to the bus stop. Big hotel room.
Hard beds, personally I found them uncomfortable but they were good enough.
We used public transport and were able to arrive without much problem. We used it to go to different attractions around without problem.
I brought my old food (frozen) from home and we were able to microwave it.
The place does charge a fee to clean the room, which feels unnecessarily cheap.
Note that this place has merged with the wan wan paradise - a dog friendly hotel. My son is a bit scared of dogs so seeing dog faces everywhere in the hallway (walls in the hallway are painted with dogs) was a bit of an unwelcome surprise after traveling. Not a big deal tho.
I found the Google map address from this website to be accurate.
The front lobby seems like there is one elevator. But if you enter the building to the left first and use the elevator you can cross buildings to get to the front lobby.

・We stayed for 2 adults and 2 children for 2 nights and 3 days without meals for 26,320 yen (about 6,500 yen per adult per night).
・Futo, Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. On the way south on the Higashiizu Road (Route 135), turn left at the intersection at the entrance to Granpal and go up the slope, and "AMBIENT Izu Kogen Condominium" will appear on your left.

・The room was a condominium type with a high level of facilities (lodging facilities equipped with living facilities such as a kitchen and washing machine), and the spacious space of 55m2 was simply wonderful.
・Although there was some deterioration due to age, the size of the room and the facilities made up for it. And above all, the price. Isn't 6,500 yen per night for a 55m2 room for 2 nights and 3 days on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday really cheap?!
- By keeping the accommodation budget low, you can save money on other things, and the room has a kitchen and cooking utensils, so you can buy local items and have a drinking party in your room. I feel like I've found a new way to enjoy traveling.

- The room is fully equipped with a Japanese-style room, 2 beds, a dining table, a kitchen, cooking utensils (pots, chopsticks, glasses, etc.), a kettle, a range, a TV, a balcony, a bath, a toilet, etc.
- This was probably the cheapest type of room, but personally, I thought the size and facilities were perfect. The size gives you more space, so you don't mind the slight deterioration over time.
- Even if you upgrade the grade, the total price only seems to change by about 1,000 to 5,000 yen. So, I'm looking forward to staying there again.
[Hot Spring]
- This is a hot spring with only an indoor bath.
・It was cleaner than I had seen on the website, and had the atmosphere of a familiar super public bath. On the left was a spacious bath, and on the right was a fairly large washing area. This partition is what makes it a super public bath.
・In addition, there is a sauna and a cold bath.
・Unless you absolutely want to take a bath in the open-air bath, this is probably a fine place to stay as a hot spring inn.
[Meals]
・This time we were staying without meals, so we didn't have any meals.
・However, depending on how you make your reservation, you can order things like BBQ.
[Inside the building/lobby]
・We didn't visit the front desk here lol
・Check-in after 7pm is done at the front desk of the attached "Wanwan Paradise Condominium," and since we arrived after 8pm, we only used that. But it was a very beautiful space.
・When I got home, I just had to return the key to the check-out box at the entrance, so I didn't have a chance to go to the front desk lol
・There was also a shop next to the front desk of "Wanwan Paradise Condominium", and if you stayed for more than two nights and didn't need cleaning, you were given a 500 yen voucher that could be used there, so I bought some souvenirs at the shop.
[Customer Service]
・I don't know because I never met the staff lol
・On the other hand, it might be better not to meet the staff, as it would be a more private space to enjoy.

・There is no convenience store nearby. There is a convenience store and supermarket (MaxValu) about a 10-minute drive away.
・Alcohol is sold in the vending machines on the premises, so you can just buy some snacks for the evening and go there.

・"AMBIENT" can be used for various concepts, such as "prioritizing a private space where you can enjoy with your family or friends in your room" or "saving on accommodation fees and spending money elsewhere".
・There aren't many facilities within walking distance, but the spaciousness of the room gives you peace of mind, so you can spend your time relaxing.
・This trip made me think that this type of travel pattern might be a good option. Especially with children, I think that "spacious and free" is better than "clean and luxurious," so I would definitely like to use this hotel again. Thank you.

Pointing me to the wrong hotel, the staff service was not good, no lift to the room level, with bad smell.

In whole, this is a good hotel~ the staff are nice and they help us to call a taxi. However, the public transport is very inconvenient in Ito, so maybe travel by car is a better choice
