Staff were very helpful. King room was spacious and breakfast was very good. Location was convenient to restaurants and train. Very nice area to stay. We would stay stay here again.

Very good hotel, delicious and varied breakfast

We had an excellent stay at the Cross Hotel Kyoto. The room was spacious, very pleasant, perfectly equipped, and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, which allows for a good rest after a day of discovering Kyoto.
The breakfast is simply exceptional! The buffet is extremely varied, with a huge selection of products. Everything is delicious, very fresh, and prepared with care. Everyone is sure to find something they like.
There is a large selection of salads, fruits, pastries, hot dishes, desserts, and even ice cream! We enjoyed ourselves every morning.
The value for money is excellent and the staff is very welcoming, smiling, and attentive. The location is also ideal for visiting Kyoto on foot or by public transport. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and will return with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay at Cross Hotel Kyoto. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. it felt modern, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained.
The breakfast was excellent, served in a spacious restaurant with a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes.
The location is outstanding, making it easy to explore Kyoto’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas on foot.
What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, almost as if we were at home.
We absolutely loved our experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend Cross Hotel Kyoto to anyone visiting the city.
