View Mount Fuji and Lake Cut

Located on the southern shore of Lake Cape, Fujitsu Lake Hotel has a good location, which is not only convenient for transportation, but also overlooks the views of Lake Cape from the room, or to the top floor viewing table to enjoy the nearby Mount Fuji. With the free shuttle from the hotel, you can feel the friendly reception of the staff from Hokkaido Lake Station. At the same time check-in procedures can also taste the hotel's carefully prepared snacks and drinks for guests. And the ocean-style room is quite spacious, living comfortably and sleeping peacefully. There is a hot spring bath in the property, where you can relax from the fatigue and stress of your hot spring trip. The buffet of the morning dinner is quite abundant, and it is a difficult experience to enjoy Mount Fuji and Lake Cove at the same time. Overall, it is one of the accommodation options to consider when travelling to Lake Cap.

Stepping into tranquility and civility from a bygone era

I believe they have two buildings and we stayed in the old (?) main building. The rooms are so spacious with two single beds plus the tatami floor, that can easily sleep four adults. They provide robes and slippers. Wearing them in public and even to the top floor breakfast restaurant is encouraged.
The in-room onsen tub is big enough for two adults and we were lucky enough to have one with the Mount Fuji view. They also offer a room charged by hour for the same privilege.
The breakfast offerings are also varied and high-quality. They also offer free samples treets and coffee and tea in the lobby and every half-hour shuttle to the 10-minute walk bus station. A local sightseeing bus route also has a stop right outside the hotel.

Outstanding customer service. Very nice hotel on the lake with beautiful views. Amazing breakfast. Highly recommend.

I only booked one night and wished I had booked at least one more night. The resort was a welcome respite after the fast-pace of Tokyo. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ready to assist in any way. The hotel runs a shuttle from the station to the hotel and back again which was convenient and helpful, but the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to a bus station and a bike rental is right across the street. They offer a generous buffet for both breakfast and dinner offering plenty of options. I loved everything about this resort and highly recommend!

This place had an old hotel, and I felt old just being there. The price was very expensive and the room was smaller than the picture implied. Regarding the reason for going there - the lake area filled with foreigners with little to do and eat. We walked around the city trying to find a place and there were so few choices and mostly for tourists. I would not come back ever again.
