Nagoya after one year!
And... the Hilton Nagoya, which I love, after a year!!!
When choosing accommodation in Nagoya this time, with the opening of Conrad Nagoya on July 31st, my partner and I deliberated and deliberated... after much hesitation, we decided on the Hilton Nagoya.
The one assigned to me is,
MORNING BREEZE - A top suite themed "A refreshing start to the day, enveloped in the morning sun and gentle breeze"!
This 150 square meter suite is
We just completed a full renovation and reopened at the end of March this year.
The concept is "WEEKEND HOUSE (Weekend Retreat)," a top-tier suite where you can experience a calm and open atmosphere, maximizing the natural light pouring in through large windows, situated in the heart of Nagoya.
I have been staying at many top suites until now, but the top suite at Hilton Nagoya is also absolutely wonderful!
Above all, the high level of hospitality from all the staff added to the tranquility of my stay.

It's disappointing for Hilton.
The score is just what I saw as Hilton.
First of all, there was a HiltonHonors banner on the counter, so when I went there and tried to check in, it was kind of like cheating, like, "Next time you're going to line up over there, everybody's going to be in line," and I told them I thought we were priority, and they said, "We'll show you when we have priority lanes!" and
Then turn the counter down, too, uh, well, I didn't say.
And the food in the executive lounge is pretty shabby compared to other Hiltons.
Both cocktail and breakfast times are too little.
I moved to the restaurant on the first floor for breakfast, as expected, although I don't eat that much.
It's like this, Hilton Nagoya! Hang in there a little bit longer.

5/5 - excellent stay
Stayed at the Hilton Nagoya for 3 nights as a Hilton Diamond member and it was an excellent experience. Breakfast is top notch, as is the swimming pool (great for laps) and the sauna. Didn’t use the tennis court, but it looked great as well. The Executive Lounge was excellent and effectively served a high-quality dinner.

Wonderful Stay
I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have written reviews about it previously. However, it continues to surpass my expectations each time I visit, and so I felt it deserved another review. I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels across Asia and Europe and I think this is my favourite property. The reason is simple - the staff are consistently exceptional.
At this property, the star of the show seems to be the staff at the executive lounge. Not only are they professional, polite, and highly efficient, but they also offer a personalized level of service that I find surprising, even compared to the typically high standards found in Japan. To me, this hotel feels far more like a Conrad hotel when it comes to service, than a Hilton property.
I would like to highlight three individuals whom I thought particularly stood out on this 5 day trip. Every day at the front door, there was a gentleman who goes by the name of Tommy. He is a “room division journey ambassador”. He was knowledgeable, and very polite, but was also friendly and very charismatic. I could not imagine a better person being at the front door of a hotel, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his job. At the breakfast room, In Place, I was served once by a lady named Rekha Wakamori. Again, it was the natural and genuine interest in customers and the pride in her job that really stood out. Finally, in the executive lounge, there was a lady named Anri. She too, engaged in a very personal way with several of the customers, as I observed. She also remembered return customers, in terms of preferences and did quiet and thoughtful things to help them. I could see this interaction both in Japanese and in English.
A final point that stands out about all three individuals is that not only are they fluent in Japanese but also in English – something that I think is very helpful at an international hotel like this Hilton property, which does receive a number of guests who don’t speak Japanese.
Thank you once again to the Hilton Nagoya for making my stay so wonderful.

We had a great two-night stay at Hilton Nagoya, travelling with our two kids aged 10 and 12. During our stay, we made good use of the swimming pool, gym and tennis court, which the whole family really enjoyed.
The highlight for us was definitely the Japanese-style room. It was spacious and could be divided into separate areas, with two regular beds and a traditional Japanese room where futon beds could be placed on the floor. This setup was perfect for a family of four.
The room was very clean and quiet, and all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. We also tried the buffet one evening, which was fine and had a good selection.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come back!
