Convenient

The rooms are a little old, but clean and the size is okay for Japanese standards.
The convenience is really good, just right opposite the shinkansen exit, and there are shops all around open till quite late at night, even karaoke if you need them.
Many convenience stores around too.
Great place for a stopover.

禁煙室でもタバコ臭い、息苦しいでした。場所的良くて, 名古屋駅から近い. NON Smoking Room but very smoky, even the clothes were being tobacco-smell the next morning. I am a non-smoker, being there for 1 night made me suffocated, so NON Smoking person better avoid this situation.

too good to waste

The facility is old, but it's close to the station and the price and room size are enough.
There is no electricity in the room unless you insert the room key next to the bed, but there is a power outlet, which is convenient.
It's worth staying if you really just want to change your clothes and sleep.
However, the bathroom is too small.
The shape of the bathtub is also tapered, so you cannot soak in the bathtub.
Furthermore, the ceiling is low, so if you stand up to take a shower, your head will hit the ceiling.
Of course, the shower head also hits you, so you have to bend down to use the shower.
Razors are also very cheap, thin, and small, making them difficult to use, so be careful not to accidentally cut your skin.
If you just want to sleep without taking a shower, it's cheap and in a good location! Please be careful if you want to relax even a little or if you are around 180cm tall.
Other reviews said breakfast was free, but there was a sign saying there was a charge.
It may vary depending on your accommodation plan, but I found that a morning set at a typical Nagoya coffee shop costs 800 yen, so I'll list it here for reference.

Gross hotel with even worse breakfast

We stayed here one night in a fly-by visit to Nagoya. The location is nice as it is just across the street from the station. However, the room was just really dated and quite gross. The bedding felt grubby and unclean and the bathroom was questionable. The whole floor had a weird smell to it. The breakfast was only one option and was almost inedible. We were the only ones in the restaurant and quickly understood why. The best thing about this hotel was leaving it.

Only good point is the location

The hotel is right smack next to Nagoya station, making it super convenient, but that's abt the only good thing I can say.
The hotel is actually quite old and the rooms were smaller than other Japanese hotels and had a musty smell. Everything in the room was old especially the toilets. There was WiFi in the rooms but it was really weak.
For breakfast there was only 1 choice available even though there were 2.
All in all I would stay at a sun route.habit further walk but the rooms are much nicer.
