The best location.

We stayed overnight in a suite on the 5th floor of the European Building. The room is divided into two rooms, each with two beds. Through the windows, the golf course spread out, there were no buildings to block it, and the green landscape soothed me.
Dinner was only available from 7:30 p.m., but we were able to enjoy the French course slowly with a calm clientele. The wait staff were all very nice, but it was a shame that everyone explained the food differently. (I listened to the staff who were in charge of another table throughout.)
Perhaps because the building itself is old, the hot water supply in the public bath was not easy to use. The shower was uneven and Karan stopped very quickly. The temperature of the indoor bath felt a little low, but the open-air bath felt good. The dressing room was kept clean.
Some of the stuffed animals and other displays in the hallway and by the elevator were a little uncomfortable. If we were to insist on the oldness of the building, it would have been nicer to keep it simple without putting anything down and get rid of the dustiness… a shame.
We were grateful for the free coffee machine, snacks and ice cream in the front lobby.
The breakfast buffet was an ordinary item, but the distance between the tables was just right and we could enjoy the view quietly.
There is no denying that the buildings and facilities are old, but I felt that the quality of the staff was even better than that.
The golf staff were thrilled to take a special walk around the course and take a photo with the beautiful scenery in the background.
I would like to use it if I have another chance.

The food was delicious and it was a comfortable stay

We stayed overnight at the Oriental.
It took me about 30 minutes to use the return bus from Nasushiobara Station.
It was very comfortable to move.
It seemed a bit difficult for seniors as there are only stairs to the room
The room was large and more than enough space.
The washroom was slightly lower in construction, giving the impression of being a bit old, but keeping it clean.
Dinner was a French course, but I could casually come in loungewear without being formal and relaxed. The food was all delicious and the staff were kind.
Breakfast was also served with a wide variety of Japanese and Western desserts, and I just couldn't stop eating too much.
You can feel the hospitality from the hotel such as drinks, ice cream, lactic acid bacteria drinks,
I felt very happy. I want to hear it again.

Cancelled due to system change. Why didn't they apologize even though I went to pay in the morning?

The reservation was cancelled without permission, the system was not updated properly, and when I went to the hotel, I was told that the reservation had not been made. They said that the reservation had been cancelled, and that there was a vacancy, so I was able to stay and eat, but the next day, I thought that the cancellation fee had been taken by credit card, so I asked for the difference, and the manager came and said that there had been a system problem and that it was the hotel's mistake, but why didn't he apologize before I went to pay in the morning? The TV did not show BS, I only had to fiddle with the remote when I came, the air conditioner was not on, the food was good, but

Air conditioning is not working

I stayed at the Oriental Building, but there is no elevator. It was very hard to climb the stairs with heavy luggage. I asked the front desk for help, but they said that the male staff would not come until 9:00.
But the biggest problem was that the air conditioning did not work. Maybe because the air conditioner itself was old, even when I set it to 18°C, it felt like about 28°C. It was so hot that I could not sleep.
I could not make a reservation for dinner at either 5:30 or 8:00, so in the end, it started at 8:00 and I finished eating around 9:30. I think they could be a little more considerate to seniors.
But all the dinners were delicious.
The bath only had the bare minimum of amenities.
I got the impression that they were thoroughly cutting costs. The ice candy and lactic acid bacteria service was good.
I got the impression that it was a facility for day golfers.

今回は夕食なしで朝食のみの宿泊でしたのでとってもリーズナブルに泊まることが出来ました
部屋もとっても広くミニキッチン付きだったので近くのスーパーでお惣菜などを買って来て部屋で頂きました。
部屋に電子レンジも付いていて暖かくして食べることが出来てゆっくりとお部屋でくつろぐことが出来ました。
コーヒーサービスやお夜食のラーメンお風呂上がりのアイスのなど無料サービスも満載で那須の旅行を楽しめました。
