Great hotel!

I much enjoyed the luxury of my five-night stay in a junior suite. Of course, it was bigger than one person really needed, but for some reason there weren't many suitable options for my Niigata stay and all that space made it feel more like a home than a hotel.
It was relaxing. The twin beds were comfortable with good pillows. The lounge was high enough to sit there and work on the nice big table as a change from using the desk and chair. The fabrics were attractive but the artwork was a weird AI creation. There were drawers for clothes or other items and lots of wardrobe space. I loved the fusuma-style windows with two layers. Lighting and WiFi were good and there were plenty of power sockets. I didn't have to refill the humidifier once - at many hotels I've had to do it every day.
I was delighted to have a coffee capsule machine and four capsules per day, although there were only the two varieties - Tokyo Lungo and Decaf.
Bathing in the long, deep bath was a treat. There was a generous supply of towels - not reduced to one of each type because I was a solo traveller, which some other hotels have annoyed me by doing. The quality complimentary facial cleansing and nurturing products were appreciated.
I had reasonable city views tending to be dominated by a large parking lot, but in the hotel forecourt there were lovely azalea hedges in flower and trees vibrantly green with their new leaves.
The breakfast buffets were great. There were lots of local specialities, and I enjoyed trying the unusual and tasty homemade dressings for salads and toppings for toast. Speaking of toast, the French Toast was fantastic!
The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the JR Station. The immediate area is not particularly scenic but the river is pretty close. Streets full of eateries were a couple of blocks away with supermarkets closer. The hotel does have its own restaurants but I didn't try them other than for breakfast.
The staff were always pleasant and greeted guests as they walked in and out. A nice young woman in the restaurant actually remembered my tea and milk preference the morning after she first served me!
The hotel offered 10 daily rituals to feel good, I'm not sure what they were but it sounded interesting.
It was a great place to stay and I was quite sad to leave. Thank you!

It’s spacious but all equipments were a bit old and worn out. Carpet has stain and the curtain on bath tub was damaged.

It's almost like a Bandai City.

It was a beautiful room with a view and I could have delicious breakfast and dinner meal

Beautiful decoration and clean rooms. Good location very close to train station.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with stunning views of the city and river. Staff was responsive and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fresh, interesting, and delicious. The proximity of the hotel to restaurants, the river, and other places of interest was ideal for walking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
