Affordable, convenient stay near lifts

Annupuri Oasis lodge was perfect for my needs at Niseko. The lodge is sort of a hybrid of a 2 star hotel and a hostel, with a handful of private rooms and a cozy bunk bed room (6 beds). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really elevated my experience at Niseko. In particular a thank you to Archie, the lodge manager, who even took myself and a couple other guests out to the slopes to show us some of the best terrain at Annupuri. The lodge is within walking distance to the main gondola and lifts at Annupuri, as well as several small restaurants and a lovely indoor/outdoor onsen available for a day pass at Ikoino Yuyado Iroha hotel.
There was a bit of an odd smell in the lodge, presumably from the gas/kerosene heater, which I got used to, but I could definitely smell on my clothing and gear when I returned from my trip.
One note about the location and logistics at Niseko in general – the interconnectivity of the four resorts at Niseko United is challenging, especially when there is a lot of snow or any weather. The bus that runs between the resorts takes quite a while, and the lifts/runs that connect the resorts often close due to wind/weather. However, of the four resorts, Annupuri is one of the best to be “stuck” at, given the large amount of slackcountry terrain available via the different “gates.”

Great Lodge, Great Staff, Great Location

Couldn't recommend this place more! Super cosy and in a great location for the slopes. Came here on a solo trip and all the staff were amazing, making it feel like I was there with a bunch of mates. 10/10 would recommend you stay here for your next trip.

Top notch lodge with top notch people

Amazing staff, super friendly and welcoming. Super comfortable lodge and great breakfast as well. Staff will go out of their way to help you out. It like having a second family! Shout-outs to Archie for being a legend and helping us catch the train after missing the bus!

The Annupuri Ski Lodge You Want!

I had a great experience at Annupuri Oasis Lodge! The staff reached out to me on WhatsApp a week before my stay to coordinate pickup with their van on check in and dropped me off at check out. Breakfast was simple but well done—eggs, bacon, toast, coffee/tea and various juices. Bring a magnet from where you’re from to put on the fridge. I will definitely stay here again!

Best lodge to ski Annupuri

Great accommodations. The whole staff is so friendly. Soph, Cynthia, Andrew, and Archie all cooked a full breakfast to fuel up every morning. Fun atmosphere and cool fellow travelers looking to share tips of the resort and the area. Thanks a lovely stay! -Jay.
