Always a good stay at GRIDS. Love the location. Rooms are all comfortable. Staff is super nice and helpful. Getting to be a little more expensive with all these good reviews but still great value. I stay here often and likely always will

Great location

Great location, not a very welcoming lobby, nice restaurant area (with a good selection for breakfast), rooms are somewhat small but sufficient. In short, nothing to say about the practicality.

Location is extremely convenient!

Location is extremely convenient.
From the Midosuji Line Exit 6, it’s roughly a 1 minute walk with no road crossing. If you’re rolling luggage, coming from the Nankai Namba Station North Exit is even easier, just one intersection on street level and you’re at the hotel in 3–4 minutes, completely stair free.
It’s right by Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market, perfect for shopping, eating, and squeezing every last minute out of your day before heading back to rest. A Family Mart sits at the corner, great for grabbing puddings, ice creams, or snacks before calling it a night.
We booked the Family Twin Room (double bed + bunk bed) for two adults and two kids. The room had enough space to open two large suitcases, and the kids loved the bunk bed. Bathroom and toilet are separated, and although the washbasin is oddly placed at the entrance, it’s surprisingly convenient.
Room amenities: free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, kettle, safe, TV, hair dryer, disposable slippers.
Lobby amenities: free coffee and hot chocolate, plus self-serve toiletries.
Overall, a modern and comfortable hotel in a truly convenient spot. The price is a bit higher, but for families or friends traveling together, it’s a dependable and easy base in Namba.

Everything else looks good, except that the room is only cleaned up twice a week.

Great location

Clean, close to facilities and most trains, good breakfast and great staff. Stayed 4 nights with fiends and children, rooms perfect for any combination.
