The main building is an older structure, which may explain why the air conditioning isn’t very strong, but the room is a spacious 32 square meters. The location is excellent—right next to the JR line and adjacent to a mall featuring great brand stores with minimal crowds. Highly recommended.

I booked a twin room hoping it will have some reasonable space- I was wrong, the rooms are the size of a shoebox. My friend and I have to move two suitcases around to pass through. Also could not open a heavy suitcase without placing it over the bed. Imagine the hassle. I know its Japan and the sizes here were small, but I was truly expecting something reasonable and humane. Spend your money somwhere else, SPA world next door has better sized rooms for the same price which includes Spa access.

Great location, clean rooms and wonderful staff
Booked this hotel 4 nights to explore Osaka on my trip to Japan with my daughter celebrating her 20th birthday. Rooms are nice size with 2 twin beds, clean and comfortable. Great location within a couple blocks of the trains that can take you all over the city. Staff was friendly and super helpful providing a map of the trains and speaking English. We enjoyed the view of Tsutenkaku Tower…the “Eiffel Tower” of Osaka, from our window and the fun night life, shops and restaurants just down the block.

An underrated hotel conveniently located beside Shinsekai. Within a short walk away, is Donki and a train station. Walking back to the hotel, gives a wonderful view of the Tsutenkaku Tower and the wide sky. A delightful breakfast spread gives a comfy start to the day.

Nice staff, free amenities were so good the products for face and hair, close to walking in shopping areas, very close walking to art museums.
