Great stay

No complaints, 10/10! The staff was great and I loved the spacious room and views! It was super clean , conveniently close to the shopping mall, train station and plenty of things to walk to as well! Great location!

Exceptional Service, Stunning Views & The cleanest Pool I’ve Ever Experienced

My stay at the InterContinental Osaka was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is stunning, especially being on the top floor where you can enjoy breathtaking views across nearly the whole of Osaka. It truly feels luxurious the moment you arrive.
The breakfast & dinner was outstanding with a huge variety of high-quality selections, and the entire restaurant team were warm, attentive, and professional. The reception team also deserve special praise multilingual, welcoming, and always smiling genuinely while helping guests with every detail.
However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the swimming pool and spa area. I have stayed in many 5-star properties around the world, but the cleanliness of the pool here was on another level. You can genuinely feel how fresh and clean the water is. I also appreciated the Japanese attention to hygiene and detail, especially the no-shoes policy around the pool area. It was honestly the cleanest pool experience I have ever had, and I absolutely loved it.
A very special thank you as well to the housekeeping team, who were absolutely marvellous. The room was always perfectly clean, and I really appreciated the thoughtful handwritten notes they left for us every day. Their attention to detail and care made the stay feel very personal and special.
I was also extremely grateful that the hotel accommodated me with a late checkout due to my very late flight back to London. Even though I paid for the extension, the team handled everything with kindness and professionalism, which I truly appreciated
Thank you to everyone who made this stay so memorable especially Kopila, Adnan, Gerard, Sunita and Ramila. I will definitely be returning.

Great stay

Great stay, and seven better location food and shopping are within walking distance. Amazing facilities and staff although if I wanna be picky food can be a little better tho I think it’s just me being picky because there are a lot of incredible food options around the area. Still giving it 5 star tho

The best lunch ever!

Thank you so much to the whole Noka team that was wonderful and made the best lunch experience. Thee food and dessert buffet was delicious but I want to highlight the service and smile of Ms.Mitusuhashi, Mr.Binod and Ms.May that really made us feel happy. They were so sweet and exceeded any expectations we had. Special mention to Mr.Kimura and Ms.Maki too for being so nice with us.

Wonderful Osaka InterContinental

We stayed at the InterContintental Osaka and had the best experience. The atmosphere was electric. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - fabulous. The value was excellent including the amazing breakfast buffet and nightly cocktails. The service was next level and professional - always wonderful support with a smile. I would definitely go back to this hotel. There was a lovely young lady that worked in the front desk on the gym and spa level that was always extremely informative and helpful. Unfort I lost her name on my phone. The bar staff were fantastic as well. Thank you for a lovely stay.
