Loved the security at the facilities notable by their secure self check-in procedure involving confirming the details input during reservation and photo taking, meaning it’s hard to get non guests in the premises. Place was clean, super convenient a few minutes to the metro station.

REMINDER : LOCATED AT RED LIGHT DISTRICT
Came as a couple didn't like the vibe there, from station to stay it's quite a long walk and not luggage friendly as they walk aren't that nice, surrounded with izakayas and massage shop which we felt like it won't be a great walk at night. No convenience stores nearby so prepare some drinks or food on the walk back.
Address are not correct, tried to grab some food in the midnight, turn out the uber can't located us which leads to order cancellation, turns out the address is located next to the street therefore the rider can't located us.
Do bare in mind that the stay are located at red light district therefore is not as proper as you might think as it felt "trashed" graffiti's everywhere few homeless and drunktrad so bare in mind for that, host did mention not to went the other route but google maps lead us to there.
As for stay, it's just mid. Not as illustrated as the picture but space are definitely bigger than any hotels in japan so thats the only good thing.
Customer service are chinese so might have some trouble communicating.
Luckily for us since we have emergency to leave we manage to stay for 1 day rather than 7 days or else cant imaging the fear staying there as a young couple. Didn't manege to dicuss about it as they keep pushing thing back and forth with their "company"

The place is very proper, with a nice view on the 10th floor, it feels like I'm a local staying at local apartments in Osaka, the amenities are just enough, not very complete like other hotels, location wise it's okay, just beware of Tobita Shinchi area. The service is okay as well self check out and self check in.

Clean and great location. Very close to the red district but we didn’t have any problems. The machine for check in wasn’t working at first but after two resets it worked. I recommend using the name of the place for directions, using the address made us lost.
