The food overlooking Lake Biwa is amazing

It's been a long time since I've been here in seven to eight years, and on my wedding anniversary, I came to see you in two days and one night.
It's a pretty old hotel, but I don't feel old-fashioned, and I feel the presence of the highest-rise hotel in Biwako whenever I come.
The view of Lake Biwa from the restaurants 36, 37 and 38 floors is delicious and satisfying.
It's just a pity that there are no "large public baths" in hotels in Japanese tourist destinations, so it's just a shame that you have to use your room's bath? .

A royal road hotel recommended by locals

Dear Biwako Otsu Prince Hotel.
This time it costs around 14,000 yen for a no-show stay. I wanted to have breakfast because it looked gorgeous, but I gave up this time because it was quite early the next day. Too bad.
The exterior, lobby, and interior are quite imposing, but the bathroom in the room was dated, but the cleanliness and service were very good, so I was able to stay comfortably.

I stayed overnight on a mystery tour. The guest rooms are shaped like a column cut in half and all rooms face Lake Biwa. A fountain flows in front of the front desk, where sunflowers and other flowers are grown. The elevators are fast, divided into low and high levels, with three elevators each. The toilet and bathroom in your room are separate rooms across the washroom. The bathroom had a shower and washroom and bathtub. Dinner is buffet on the 37th floor. Breakfast can be selected from three locations on the 36th, 37th and 38th floors. It is a spacious venue facing Lake Biwa and does not have many seats, so you can eat in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. But the second round players will have to wait. You can also make a reservation online in the morning on the day. There are kiosks, but there are supermarkets just five and eight minutes walk away.

The room was clean and quite large, much larger than the typical Japanese hotel room. We were on a high floor, and the view was beautiful. The breakfast buffet is fine but not that extensive. For us, the highlight was the front desk staff, which made several calls for us to work out an unexpected difficulty (we don't speak Japanese). They were absolutely fantastic. We can't thank them enough.

The view is great, need to take the shovel shuttle bus to connect other cities. But still worth for long stay.
