Wow, I have to share my incredible experience at this hotel! It's absolutely beyond anything I expected. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is delicious! Plus, the facilities are amazing—all at such an affordable price! This place truly exceeded all my expectations!

Inexplicable events ... Laugh
The response of the staff for the first and second nights has stayed in route throughout the country, but I feel it was of the lowest quality. Poor language and response quality.
The staff who responded on the last day was very good.
I also opted for the QUO card plan, but when I opened the final day envelope, I found that only two cards were in the three.
The hotel man inquired, but he was told it was too obvious that the cleaners basically try not to touch the guests' things, but he inquired knowing that, lol.
Eventually, after checking out, the hotel man came
On the second day, when I was cleaning, the cleaner told me that he had left his desk on top of it because it happened to be one of those that had fallen off.
But you'll notice it when it's on your desk, right? Laugh
And what happened to one of the envelopes that I hadn't opened? I laughed and thought,
No, I said I didn't see that, but the hoteliers must have left it, I can only say, so it sounded like I was just trying to make a makeshift excuse in the end, and honestly I was starting to laugh. lol
I don't think I'll ever use it again.
Not everyone has this kind of event, but I thought we should take good security measures.
I was also given a star because it taught me a lesson for the future.

The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

Pros: free parking, friendly staff even help to guide me when parking side is narrow even raining drizzling, breakfast is pretty good.
Cons: location is far away from main city & surrounding have no interesting spot for tourists. Not English spoken staff, so you got to know Japanese. Hotel is very old. Room is small.
Overall if you like quite & free car park hotel, with traditional breakfast this is ok option otherwise better opt of other hotel

Worst service
Even though my reservation was confirmed and I had already paid,
the rooms were not available at the time of check-in, and after waiting for a long time,
I was only given one room even though I had reserved two.
They said they were sorry and would refund the fee for both rooms,
so I stayed there anyway.
Later, I received a call from the hotel saying
that since I had stayed in one room, they could not refund me, and would only refund me for one room?
Furthermore, I ended up having to handle the refund myself,
and they made up a convenient story to cover it up,
but their response later was awful.
