Very Convenient Hotel!

This hotel is located in Susukino and is close by to many places like Tanuki Koji, various restaurants, Odori Park, JR station and street cars. The hotel sits from the 7th floor above the Cocono Susukino complex that has restaurants, movie theater, Daiso, grocery store, Lawsons and a direct entrance to the train station and the underground mall, that is closest to Pole Town.
The hotel itself has a walk in shower as well as a tub. There are lots of bathroom amenities as well as coffee, tea and cosmetics on the lobby level that you can help yourself to before going up to your room. They also offer free wine at happy hour min the late afternoon in the lobby.
I found this hotel to be so convenient for all of my needs! The Splish restaurant had a great buffet for breakfast and also has a self serve soft serve ice cream machine, which we enjoyed along with various toppings and sauces. The rooms are a bit dark, but you can either close or open the room shades (both a black out and a screen type shade) to adjust the lighting during the day.
I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to shopping, eating venues and as a central point to getting around Sapporo city!

Good location.
Standard room has no view (view blocked by the next building).

The location is fantastic, right in Susukino, and the hotel is also located in a mall with plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. It was possible to walk to the main sights.
If you need to do laundry, there are machines on the 8th floor, which is convenient. It gets busy in the evening, and there are only 5 machines, so it’s better to use them in the morning or afternoon.

Very convenient location to move around Sapporo. Breakfast selection is alright but can be pretty crowded during peak period.
Room is clean and well sized.

Terrible service in a great location. Beware.

It’s in a great location and it’s clean enough, but it’s run like a commercial hotel with no sense of service and hospitality, but that doesn’t stop there their assistant rooms manager and others have a very entitled attitude, which is not of hospitality. Specifically Shinko Sakamoto cool was really disinterested in trying to help with any of my Restaurant reservation needs and even argue with me about the existence of credit card authorization-forms at other mainstream hotels by telling me that he’s worked for three others that have never had that before. In short, don’t expect service at this hotel it’s terrible.
