The things I will mention are how small the rooms are and how bad the beds are. It's Japan, I get it, the room won't be big, but the space that was there was wasted. What do I mean by that? Hotels are places you stay at where you bring clothes with you, right? The room has no drawers or cabinetry to put clothes in. It has a minifridge, an out of place desk, and an unplugged air purifier that was taking up space. There is a small rack for hanging items, but I don't hang socks and underwear. That's a big fail.
Then the beds are the hardest, most uncomfortable things I've tried sleeping on. I've slept on stone floors, this bed is as hard and uncomfortable as that. The pillow (and only 1 pillow per bed, don't get greedy) was an abomination. Inside the casing were these hard beads with a thin sheet on one side. It's not comfortable at all. And the comforter is the kind that is the bane of my hotel existence, too thick and hot to be comfortable, so I kick it off and get cold. There's no small sheet to make do with.
I didn't have the 2,000 yen breakfast.
They tell you up front that they're only going to clean your room once.
Wifi works.
Parking is weird but works (like a car vending machine).

My only two small problems were: sewage smell that was coming in the room from time to time, I wish I could open the windows for a bit to air the room. I tried the airco and it helped a little, but not completely.
Also downstairs there was no tea or water available at the mini -bar, only coffee. But there was tea in the room and I just drank tap water, so it wasn't really an issue.
Overall very nice stay, I would happily stay again
