Great Stay with Amazing Views and Dining

We had a really nice stay at ANA InterContinental Tokyo in the Tsuki Suite. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had great views of the city.
Having club lounge access was a big plus — we could choose between breakfast in the lounge (around the 35th floor) or the main buffet. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea and other lounge benefits.
We tried the pop-up “Le Petit Chef,” which was a fun experience. We were in a private room with a view of Tokyo Tower, and the food and service were both great.
We also ate at Unkai, which had a beautiful garden and pond view, and at Teppanyaki Akasaka with views of Tokyo Tower — both were really good.
Overall, a great stay in a good location. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Place to Stay in Tokyo

Awesome hotel! Stayed here for 5 nights with my family of 4 in the Mizu Suite with club access. Best place to stay in Tokyo. Room was large enough to give each of us space while giving you everything you need in a luxury hotel. Clean, spotless, no sign of wear and tear. Breakfast was amazing and a highlight for my kids and wife who still rave about the service and quality of the food. Club was amazing as it gave you another dynamic to ANA, but during cocktail time, was a bit busy. Pool during the summer months was a blessing as Tokyo gets in the 90s and high humidity. I really commend the staff. No matter how hectic or busy it got, they were very attentative and not once did you feel like we were bothering them. They went above and beyond to greet each guest with respect and hospitality. ANA was very convenient and location is away from the crowds, but close enough to the action. Close to the Ginza line, as it it literally outside. 2 Family Marts in the same block. Also has a coin laundry mat across the street. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Great business lounge experience: Tokyo

I would like to delicate this review to the staff at Club lounge (on the 35th floor). Everyone were very polite and accommodating especially Ms. Renalyn and Mr. Makita. Both of these individuals went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restriction and made my guest feel very special.
As usually, very special thanks to Ms. Yasuyo, It was pleasure meeting again.
@ Reception Ms. Kristal at (Ambassador & diamond elite check-in desk), Ms. Kristal was very kind during my check-in (very early morning) and provided me with the great room.
The hotel property is very well located from travel point of view (taxi or public transport point view) my room had great view and very good tea. It was very clean and quiet. I especially loved the blow dryer :)

Love ANA in Tokyo
