Tiny room with everything you need and enough for a comfortable stay
A decent urban trio. A tall tower with tiny rooms that amazingly accommodate everything necessary and sufficient for a comfortable stay in the hotel. Excellent set of accessories, daily refreshment of towels and yukata – traditional dressing gown for visiting onsen. And the bath with hot pools/baths here is very nice! The restaurant is quite large, but in the morning there are queues to enter just after 7am: life of businessmen and tourists in the capital starts early. Japanese and European cuisine, breakfasts are varied in filling, but the same from day to day. On the 2nd floor there is a 24-hour shop, which is convenient if you want a snack near the night. Of the weaknesses - long wait for the lift (although the stairs are not accessible). Near the subway and the sumo center (I had a room window facing its rooftop), where major tournaments are held. I'll assume that the non-urban fans during these competitions become guests of a hotel decorated with thematic etchings and portraits of sumoists in all their splendour

Location it's a great just next to the train station you don't hear any noise it's not very busy which is amazing we didn't want to be in the middle of business.
Bur close to everything so many restaurant so many 7-eleven next to us it's a beautiful but has everything the best thing in the hotel will be hot springs ,it's the best 🥰♥️🥰💃and it's free

By far the best hotel I've stayed at, all the facilities made the stay perfect, especially the 24/7 Lawson on 2F and the public baths on B1F. The baths were also a great experience for me as a Western tourist.

From start to finish 100% awesome staff and facility! They made us feel like family from the start including my phone call at about 5:30 in the morning from the airport in Japan, throughout our stay, they answered all my questions and met all our needs! In addition the Hotel was awesomely located just a short walk from the train station, convenience stores and restaurants! I would choose them again in a heartbeat!

The check in time took longer than usual. The room I was in, the neighbors were a family and the kids were awake at 7 am screaming and running in the hallway and in the room next to mine. It left me unable to sleep well for the next 3 hrs before checking out. Quite disappointed 😞. As it made me have less sleep and gave me a huge headache afterwards. Made the rest of my day feeling not good and end up having to stay at the hotel for another night and pay more money 💰 cause I felt dizzy and nauseous too (due to my Menieres Disease that I have). Hopefully I can rest well tonight enough for me to check out properly tomorrow morning and drive back home to Tochigi. Also quite disappointed by the fact that the hotel front desk staff kept on asking to see my passport/residence card, when I have an APA Hotel membership card and I have stayed at this hotel since they first opened back in 2020 till now. Honestly, since I am a frequent guest at this hotel, this shouldn't need to be requested from me. This year I almost stay at this hotel at least once a month for work & pleasure. Seriously 😒 stop asking for my passport/residence card when I come here. Isn't the membership card enough? I also told them not to put me on 5th floor of the hotel ... But they did it again for tonight's extended night with them and the cost was more expensive than over the weekend. The room I'm staying in is not in perfect condition either. Super scratched up hotel room walls.
