The service was simply impeccable. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, kindness, and an incredible attention to detail that made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The concierge and front desk teams were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. Whether it was restaurant recommendation's, transportation, or special requests, everything was handled effortlessly and with a smile.
What impressed us most was that the hospitality never felt scripted. Every member of the team went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and make our stay seamless. It is clear that guest experience is deeply embedded in the culture of this hotel.
We travel frequently and have stayed at many luxury properties around the world, and the service at Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi ranks among the very best. We left feeling genuinely grateful for the experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

The staff went above and beyond here. Mitsuo and concierge were always extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations. Breakfast staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations with sight seeing and shopping. My family enjoyed the breakfast upstairs as it was delicious and so many options. Jens always made sure my son's French toast order was put in the kitchen the moment we arrived! A hotel that goes above and beyond and truly enjoy their jobs shows it with the staff. If you have a chance to stay at the Four Seasons don't hesitate. I can't wait for our return trip to Tokyo and our stay here next time.

The accommodations were just as impressive as the service. Our room was luxurious, spacious, and beautifully designed with high-end finishes throughout. We especially loved the shower, and the thoughtful layout provided plenty of storage, making it easy to settle in and truly relax. Every detail reflected the quality and comfort you expect from a world-class hotel.
One of the most memorable touches was how the entire team celebrated my husband's birthday. Throughout our stay, employees across the hotel recognized the occasion with warm birthday greetings, thoughtful notes, and delicious treats. It was such a personal gesture that made him feel truly celebrated and made our family feel incredibly special.
From the warm greetings by the valet and luggage staff to the attentive front desk team, everyone went above and beyond. When my golf driver was damaged during our flight from the United States, the front desk took it upon themselves to call local golf shops and locate a replacement. It was an unexpected act of kindness that perfectly exemplified their commitment to exceptional service. The concierge was equally invaluable, providing thoughtful recommendations and outstanding logistical assistance throughout our stay. Each morning, the restaurant staff made breakfast a highlight with delicious food, personable service, and engaging conversations. Perfection in the heart of Tokyo
The recent refurbishment has transformed the hotel. The hard product is absolutely sensational. Our room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought out. Despite being a city hotel, the layout worked perfectly for our family, with every detail feeling intentional and luxurious.
What truly impressed us was how genuinely family-friendly the hotel is. Our five-year-old was delighted to receive custom pajamas, while the hotel provided a stroller for our 11-month-old, making it so much easier to explore Tokyo. These weren’t just amenities—they were thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely cared for.
But the defining feature of this hotel is the service. It is simply impeccable from start to finish. Every interaction was warm, polished, and proactive. One moment in particular perfectly encapsulated this: when we unexpectedly needed diapers for our baby, a member of the team immediately went out, purchased them, and personally returned to hand-deliver them to our room. To be clear this wasn’t a request we made, it was simply taken care of, with grace and genuine care.
That level of service was consistent throughout our stay. Every touchpoint exceeded expectations, and every member of the team seemed committed to creating memorable moments.
