Exceptional

First time at this hotel and I was impressed by it. Everything from the size of the room and its toilet, to the abundant toiletries, excellent and attentive service from its staff, to having the monorail right outside the hotel. I was sharing the room with a friend and we didn't feel like we were constantly getting in each other's space as happens often in Tokyo's small hotel rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The location in Odaiba is great for its malls and restaurants, and also proximity to Haneda Airport. Sunsets are spectacular here with the bay and Rainbow Bridge as a backdrop and planes either taking off or landing. If there is one negative point is that it can take extra time to reach other parts of Tokyo but that's a small complaint for such a great hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice stay at grand Nikon Tokyo daiba with my 2 daughters

Nice stay at Grand nikko hotel Daiba. Very nice stay with good rooms, close to gundam. Rooms are solid. We had a 3 bed room. We stayed for 4 nights.
Gym is nice, but it is not included in the price and opening hours are limited (from 07-22), especially in the weekend and Sundays it is a limited window to get a work out in.

This was our third time to stay at Grand Nikko in three years and we noticed a decline in quality over this time period. We like the hotel for its large rooms and proximity to the train and shopping, but felt that on this trip, the quality of the hotel detracted from the other conveniences. The linens and towels feel tired and dingy and the rooms, while clean, felt in need of some refreshing. We booked the Premium Floor and were also disappointed by the noise from neighbors next to us and on the floor above us, which we realize is not entirely in the hotel's control, but felt that the decline in quality of the hotel may be a sign of an overall mediocre experience. When we called the Concierge to report the loud noises from the room above, he abruptly told us to call the Front Desk; didn't offer to transfer the call, didn't acknowledge the problem, just said "call the Front Desk". We are unlikely to stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Tokyo.

It was a nice hotel. I paid £600+ for a deluxe triple room. Didn't feel deluxe (and was on the regular floor). Despite the high price it amazed me when I went to use the pool and they asked for additional charges! Really? When you market your hotel as having a pool you expect that guests will have access to the facilities. Will not recommend nor return. There are much better hotel options and I won't make the same mistake. Avoid this hotel.

Tokyo Luxury with Exceptional Service—A Fantastic Family Stay

Our family of four stayed at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba for four nights during our recent vacation in Tokyo, and it was an outstanding home base for exploring the city.
The hotel offers a true luxury experience with impeccable customer service. Every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious by Tokyo standards and beautifully appointed with high-end finishes and thoughtful amenities. The feather pillows and comfortable beds made it easy to recharge after long days of sightseeing.
There are a couple of quirks that American travelers should know about. The outdoor pool requires an additional fee—even for hotel guests—which was ¥5,000 per person, plus ¥3,000 if you’d like a deck chair. That was unexpected from our perspective, though it may be more common in Japan. Also, luggage assistance can be limited during busy times. If you need help with your bags, it’s worth calling well in advance of checkout. Otherwise, be prepared to bring your luggage down yourself.
The location is another major plus. The hotel is in the lively Odaiba area with convenient access to the train station, making it easy to explore all of Tokyo. We also loved having a 7-Eleven just steps away—perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, breakfast, or anything else you might need before heading out for the day.
Overall, the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba delivers luxury accommodations, exceptional service, spacious rooms, and a convenient location. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to families and anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale Tokyo experience.
