Loved it my Wife and I were here for for 4 Days before heading to Kyoto excellent location walking distance to shops and restaurants the hotel staff gave excellent service great amenities for you to take to room vending machines in lobby very close to Tokyo train station and Metro stop. Found an excellent Ramen shop down the street cozy little place would definitely stay here again.

Is a good location the only salvation?

It was an inn that had been on my mind since Unizo days, and there were days when I was able to stay at a relatively low price, so I tried it out after Golden Week.
The stay itself wasn't bad, but I felt that there were difficulties in the operation of the staff as other people said, so I deducted one overall rating.
・Location
The nearest station is Ginza 1-chome Station on the Yurakucho Line, a one-minute walk from Exit 10, and there is a stretch of Okuno nearby, so it might be a good idea to visit it as a landmark.
However, be aware that the nearest entrances and exits are closed at night
(Is exit 8 a good option when exit 10 is closed?)
It is also close to Kyobashi Station.
・Price range
These days, the average price seems to be around 20,000, which is a relatively high price range among business hotels.
Perhaps because of this, the majority of the customers were foreign inbound visitors.
・Room
Reserve a premium floor, semi-double room, with a guaranteed top floor.
Originally a ladies' floor, it is now available to both men and women.

· There was some difficulty in dealing with the front desk, mainly the procedure was done by foreign staff, but it was followed up by Japanese staff, so I liked it only in that respect
· Even though I had booked with the 12:00 late check-out plan, I received a call from the front desk around 11:20, urging me to leave the room promptly because the check-out time has passed...
There was an on-the-spot apology over the protest, but there was no follow-up at checkout, and no consideration was given.
I don't know how this happened, but I honestly doubted what was going on with the customer's information sharing.

Hotel is okay. The fridge was broken. And also some power outlet Staff were helpful they let us transfer to other room but the room but there is also a problem, the safe is broke too.

Hotel is in a good location, there is a 7/11 across the road and numerous train stations within walking distance.
Staff are lovely, amenities are good, there is a laundry if needed and the hotel will store your luggage is needed for the day.
Only negative is that the rooms are on the compact side. We had a double room and the bed is against the wall, so to access one side you are climbing over the bed.

Very nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff and great location. There is a convenience store across the street. Good sound insulation. Perfect for tourists looking to explore the city, as there are 3 subway stations near-by, and the Tokyo Station is very close. The area has a lot of high-end shopping.
