Great Hotel on Great Location in Ginza
Top of the top! Wonderful location, within easy walking distance of Ginza, Palace Gardens, and the many eateries below the metro line near Yurakucho Station. Lovely people at the reception, an excellent room, good restaurant with a great breakfast. Taxi stand next to the entrance: useful for going to Tokyo Station, which is too far to walk with luggage. Great views from the outside bar at the top of the hotel.

Highly Recommend-central Tokyo
Excellent hotel; amazing staff and service beyond your expectations; excellent location to centre Tokyo attractions; staff are very accommodating and pleasant; excellent breakfast included in our room rate . I’d recommend the Premier Grand suites which are floors above 35 and benefit the free afternoon tea service on a higher floor , which is perfect for after an outdoor activity. Beautiful breakfast room with floor to ceiling glass windows. We had a spectacular light show across the street opposite our room at the Huge Government Building . Most respectful staff and extremely clean and modern. The most comfortable Queen sized beds -2- in our Premier suite was perfect for family.

A perfect base for visiting Tokyo
I rarely give 5 stars for hotel reviews, but this one checked all of the boxes with little to fault. We were a family of 3 and stayed in a Classy Triple room, and it was perfect - a good amount of space with room to open luggage and a small place to lounge. A spacious bathroom with double sinks was great for getting ready in the morning. Shower had great pressure and temperature control. The A/C was effective - allowing us to make the room cooler at night, despite it being peak summer heat (though the controls did require Google translate to figure out). The room was a modern design, with a view of the city side (opposite from the train tracks) and it was very quiet at night. This was especially appreciated as we always returned to the room in the afternoon to have a break from the summer heat. If I had one thing to fault - it would be that the duvets were overly warm unless you kept the temperature of the room quite cool at night. I separated the duvet from the cover to create a cooler cover.
The location is perfect - right beside the Yurakucho JR station and directly connected to almost every subway line you could need via an entrance a few feet from the entrance. It's also a short walk to all of the big department stores of Ginza. We found Ginza a great area for families in that it is central to everything, but not as crazy as crowded as places like Shibuya or Shinjuku.
The hotel offers a breakfast, which is on the pricey side, but they make it special with fresh juices and buffet options, so worth trying once. There are lots of places nearby if you just want a quick (and much cheaper) bite to eat.
The lobby is on the 4th floor and reachable by a short elevator. We still found the room was quick and easy to access, despite needing two elevators. Staff were also incredibly helpful - most speaking great English. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. We stayed at multiple 5 star hotels on our trip, and this was our favourite despite it being a bit more understated.

Overall disappointed for the price, the hotel failed to deliver.
Chose the hotel for the location and easy of access to Ginza and Tokyo station. Overall disappointed for the price, the hotel failed to deliver. Billed as five star but the rooms are small and hotel amenities not particularly impressive. Hotel bar service was poor and check in experience mediocre. I would expect better for the price.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at this hotel. The first thing that hit me was the foul smell on the street level, which was a bad omen for things to come. The reception, situated on the 4th floor, was a slight improvement, but the room mix-up was a frustrating start to my stay. The next day, I was moved to a king deluxe room, but it was marred by a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel's attempts to deodorize the room were unsuccessful, and I had to be moved to another room. The lack of basic amenities, such as complimentary water, was surprising, and the furniture was clearly in need of an update. The towels were coarse, the pillows were hard, and the mattress was substandard. A complete renovation is essential to bring this hotel up to a acceptable standard.
