The space is very carefully maintained and comfortable. I'm glad there's a coffee server upstairs. Thank you for two pillows, two sets of paintings and a lot of hangers in your room.

I had an excellent short stay of 2 nights! When I checked in, the staff offered me a map of Yokohama and circled some points of potential interest. My room was super comfortable and there were all the typical amenities available (hairdryer, toothbrushes, one-size-fits-all nightgowns, etc.). The area was very convenient, just a quick walk from Yokohama Station, and had a lot of shops and restaurants (including a Don Quijote!) nearby but was removed enough that it wasn’t noisy at all at night even on a holiday weekend. I hope I’ll have another chance to visit Yokohama so that I can stay here again.

This was such a great stay- convenient, well marked, easy to find. Room was comfortable and quiet and very clean. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Would definitely choose again!

Convenient location and clean facility. A little tight in terms of room size, but sufficient for one person with light luggage. Well kept and friendly staff. No frills. Breakfast is quick and good quality for the money.

Room was overall clean but I did find a tiny pill (med) next to the nightstand and that tells me, probably not vacuumed. But overall great place. The girl that help me check in spoke great English. I understand every word so it was easy. The next staff on my check out say helped me to get the luggage forward to next hotel and also spoke English. Very helpful. They use JP Post during my time for luggage service so that is helpful. Location is excellent with so much to see and eat right at that street from hotel to the Yokohama station. Also walking distance to the harbor, Ringo Park and China Town. Recommend!
