Great location with a parking garage near by. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious. The only complaint is that the bed is too hard / uncomfortable but it was a place to sleep and everything else was great.

Good spot if you are only there to visit the Base.

This has the look and feel of a long-term-stay “contractor” hotel. The rooms have kitchenettes and desks. It is extremely convenient for people working at US Fleet Activities Yokosuka but it doesn’t have the look and feel of a business class Japanese hotel. We had a pleasant stay while we visited our son. The gate is just a few minutes down the street. The staff is kind and well-intentioned. However, if you are looking for a good 3 or 4 star Japanese style hotel - this isn’t that vibe.

We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. There is a main control for the AC which they wanted to set at an unusually high temperature; it would also switch down/off at night. I had to complain to get it cooler and have it stay on at night, which they controlled from the front desk. It’s really set up for base personnel not tourists, especially for what we pain for our two week stay. We checked out early and were not refunded the two days.

Been there two years in the row. Stayed two weeks each time. Breakfast is awful. After the second day, we actually brought our own breakfast to the dining area!

A week in Yokosuka.

Very nice staff at this hotel! Very cozy atmosphere and excellent service! Very nice location to shopping mall and various shops.
Also learned how to use chopsticks by a very nice and service set receptionist!
