Lovely stay

Spent 4 nights at Fawzy Hotel with family. The staff were very professional and friendly. They were available to help 24 hours a day. The ambience was top notch and very welcoming. The decor of the rooms was nice too. I stayed in one of their air-conditioned suites.

Don't stay here

I want to write a fair review,so here is my review in points
- the location of the hotel in a below average area
-very quick check in, Mastercard machine wasn't working, so I had to pay cash in usd
The room is average, old furniture, air-conditioning is good, the toilet is below average, and the bed covers are dirty.
The restaurant service is very, very slow, with no variety for foreigners, only Nigerian food.
Breakfast choice is very poor,only 1 egg omelette with 2 pcs of sausage and bread,1 coffee with powder milk.
All the employees are kind and polite, but that's not enough to build a hotel reputation.
-85 usd per night is too much expensive for getting such room and service.
I don't recommend this hotel at all, especially for non Nigerian because you will not eat unless you are able to eat local traditional food.

A lovely and serene place for a perfect stay

The Management is top notch, members of Staff looked well motivated, dedicated and professional. A lovely gem hidden away. I spent one night at Best Western Hotel and it was a relief when I found Fawzy which is one of the best and most secured in Ibadan. And I really searched around. Complimentary Breakfast include Yam, Fried Egg and a delicious pepper sauce. I didnt expect the luxury and comfort of the particular room I chose. The Management confirmed there was a level of personal touch to that range of rooms. And it shows, down to the toilet rolls.

Where do I start from. My experience during my staying at Fawzy Hotel has been second to none.
The environment is cozy and welcoming, secured with Professionalism.
My 111 days of staying at Fawzy Hotel gave me a great experience of Dubai and western world. The customer service received was excellent,
All your staff was able to apply human empathy and listen attentively to my request. Not only that they listened but also demonstrated 3R Method:
1. Relate
2. Reassure
3. Resolve
They have gone Over and beyond. This is what is called quality service.
Their breakfast is always on point and Professionalism Nurtured by EXPERIENCE chef's.
Am well impressed with the quality of service provided by the customer service officer.
Looking forward to checking inn /staying @ Fawzy Hotel.

Good but needs improvements

Stayed here for a night with my friend. This a no frills hotel but very adequate. The environment is quiet and serene and our room was neat and tidy. We got a complimentary breakfast for one which we had to pre-order from a shortlist as we checked in. The food was brought promptly to our room the next morning and it was okay. The few staff we encountered were friendly.
I will definitely recommend this place but don't expect a 'five star facility'.
