Business Trip

Very good hotel and amazing staff, from the reception, Joshua was top notch amazing staff and great personality. The Riverside team as well are amazing and professional, the rooms are so clean and pleasant, breakfast team are great. I will highly recommend this hotel for friends and family. Surely i will be back again whenever i visit PH.

Love the Decor, Ambience and Environment

Great place to hangout ever since the renovations. The decor is eye-catching and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The pool is not so bad and there's a bush bar area that's really cool to sit-out with friends.

It is ok but they can do better

The location is ok. The access road to it is not though. Too narrow. The reception is nice but can be rowdy when local politicians come visiting. Staff are good. The food is average. The shower pressure is extra high and getting a good cold-hot water mix can be very tough. The tiles in the bathroom floor are slippery and the room service doesn’t always make floor towels available so be careful. WiFi is crap

Nice hotel the place is very good and good location also best place for business meeting go ahe if u are searching for good hotel in vizag silent place for meeting and good room and best hotel in the city I loved it

Bad Customer Care still persists

They do not care about customer convenience or comfort eg removing your curtain to wash when u have already checked in and not returning it even at night and in response to your complaints, moving you to a smaller room that looks like a cubicle.Synergy between the restaurant and the front desk is sloppy. You can be faced with the embarrassment of a vicious demand to come back to pay for your breakfast even when it is meant to be complimentary. There is a problem with how the staff address you. No warmth, just business. Parking space at the hotel remains a nightmare and the food has a monotony that can be frustrating. Rooms are however
quiet and cosy sometimes. Reception area is always like a marketplace
