Very clean, big room, enjoyed the tea. Had a kettle and kitchen that was useful. Enjoyed the stay

Worst motel ever
When I arrived to reception I meet an extremely rude receptionist. Was one of the worst I've ever come across. Then I noticed in my motel there was no bird and forest toiletries, mini bar didn't exist and the hydromassage shower head wasn't there either. This was all advertised online which attracted me to this motel. Next I discovered the bed sheets had huge yellow stains on them. Next I lay down on it and found it was so uncomfortable it hurt nearly every joint in my body. This motel is a nightmare any motel in napier would be better than this one.

Found another motel
Good location to local shops. That’s the most positive thing I can say. Room was not clean. Crockery in drawers had not been washed properly. Broken and dangerous switches. No shampoo or soap in bathroom. All in all a bad experience. Dirty furniture and carpet. Won’t return.

Positives - great location to shops and places to eat.
What needs serious attention is the cleanliness and safely of the room. Cigarette butts outside the entrance. Furniture and carpets need a serious clean or even better - replacing. Also, one two seater couch not enough for a room that’s designed for 5-6 guests! Kitchen needs a good scrub. Shelving is filthy from previous guests’ cooking. Many of the plates cutlery etc were dirty. No shelf / caddy in the shower, no water protection (like a shower curtain) around the stand-in spa bath, so water goes all over the floor when having a shower. No soap on one bathroom . Rubbish inside the bathroom cupboard from previous guests. Broken light switches. . Skybox propped dangerously on top of TV. A few Screws poking out from wall in bedroom. On arrival it was a very cold night however windows were open in the unit which made it freezing. Thankfully there were electric blankets on single bed but no electric blanket on the double bed. The spare blanket found in the drawer was covered in previous guests hair and a sticker! Some missing lightbulbs. Cleaning, safety and maintenance really needs improvement for us to return.
Finish with a positive - appreciate there was a coffee plunger!!

Not as per advertised. Carpet floor has stains looks dirty. Bad odour when we entered the room. Dirty entrance. Not as per pictures advertised.
