The perfect place to stay with kids

Our kids had so much fun here. The dinosaurs are fun to watch, the playground is great and there is a heated pool with a hot tub and a seperate spa pool (which is adults only). You can hire carts for a small fee. The lake is only a two minute stroll away. The airport is quite close and our kids loved watching the planes. The sites are spacious and homey, the staff is so friendly and helpful and the small details like clothes lines everywhere help a lot. The facilities are clean and there are enough toilets and showers. All in all the perfect place to stay in Rotorua.

Gone down hill

Hey Trip Advisor
We stayed at All seasons holiday park Rotorua Anzac weekend and what a disappointment the new managers are rude lack basic customer service they don’t go above and beyond for customers !! The rubbish wasn’t emptied for four days the adult only spa pool kids were allowed in due to issues !! pool was lukewarm half fill ridiculous never has it ever been in that standard before wouldn’t be back again that’s for sure bring back the old owners they were lovely people who loved what they did. These new managers couldn’t care less clearly trying to save power turning lights off so can’t see anything !!! The campground feels like a ghost town with a eerie vibe to it

Good holiday park for kids and families

First time in a holiday park for us. We stayed in family unit 5 which was clean and comfortable. It was a very busy, peak school/public holiday but seemed to be managed very well. We were welcomed very nicely and given a complimentary Easter egg thank you. WiFi was a bit patchy but maybe because of concrete walls of our unit, I'm not sure. Very close to lake and a fresh choice supermarket nearby

When it is busy as you eluded to being Easter yes the WiFi signal can get stretched a little through high demand bit we will bring up your suggestion about the block walls being an issue with our tech and see if there is something that may help this along. Great stay

My friend and i stayed for two nights on out journey through New Zealand and this has been my favourite place so far. It provided us with so many luxuries we had not had for months!! And for such a low price compared to other campsites that offer them. WiFi was fast and i had little trouble with it, showers are hot and the pool is great! The staff are also helpful and kind
