Great location, lovely property and friendly staff
The property is a really good size and has such a lovely, homely feel. The little farm is a really nice touch and gives the place lots of character. The staff were also all really friendly and welcoming!
Arias Farm is a great option if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable and surrounded by nature while visiting Rotorua. I would 100% recommend!

We fully enjoyed our stay
We found everything we need in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and stocked up with breakfast supplies. The mezzanine floor is perfect for kids. There are even a shelf of children books, a few board games and some toys.
Kerris and her team were very friendly and helpful. We loved the farm animal feeding, and will always remember the newborn lambs. We also loved patting the rabbit and the guinea pig.
Tip: Don't be concerned about the kind reminder to use soft duffel bags for packing. We were perfectly fine with leaving our big suitcases on the deck, and taking just the stuff we need inside.

I would definitely recommend Arias Farm to anyone looking for a genuine farm experience in Rotorua. It was a memorable experience and one I’ll look back on fondly!

Stay in Rotorua
A perfectly clean room and all the necessary equipment. It really gives the impression of being at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed for your stay in Rotorua!
