Mt Aspiring Suite
Featuring a swimming pool and children's playground, Mt Aspiring Holiday Park is set in beautiful surroundings just 1.9 mi from Wanaka Town Center. Accommodations options range from private cabins with a shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, to fully self-contained apartments and studio units, all with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy an outdoor meal in the BBQ area or get comfortable in the communal lounge and games room, with free WiFi available throughout the park. Tickets for local attractions such as boat trips, sky diving and wine tours can be all be booked at the front desk, where bicycles are also available for rent. The park is less than 40 minutes' drive from either of Wanaka's nearest ski fields, Cardrona, Snowfarm and Treblecone, and there are a number of great tramping tracks nearby.

This is now worse than Fawlty Towers
If 3 same sex people book a 3 bed room, then the expectation is that 2 sleep in double bed and one in a single. If second single required then a "linen charge " of $15 applies. All this "luxury" for 2 people $230 per night. What a shame this makes Fawlty Towers look 5 star

Very bad service
I have used this holiday park a few times but I will not be in the future. Yesterday my friend booked a cabin. When we arrived it hadn’t been cleaned or made up and had to relocate. Not a big deal but still a pain in the bum.
Then this morning he slipped very hard leaving the bathroom and has potentially broken his shoulder and had a good knock to the head. There were no mats on the floor and the towels can’t be reached meaning you need to walk across a wet floor each time you shower. At minimum there should be anti slip mats on the ground to prevent a very obvious slip hazard. This is pretty standard in all households let alone paid accommodation.
After sitting in hospital all morning and getting x-rayed he went back to the holiday park to pick up luggage and they charged him $100 for not staying an extra night. He was in hospital all day and couldn’t check out on time.
There’s business and then there is human decency. At minimum an apology when we passed on the hazard and what it had caused but to then be charged is outrageous.
Get it together team this is awful service and I will never recommend this holiday park again.

accommodation
We were a group staying there before a x-country skiing teaching course, which at the last minute - due to weather - was considering changing dates and the camping ground management was willing to accommodate us, as they had the availability.
The snow came at the last minute and we didn't need to change dates, but we really appreciated how super helpful the staff were and very quick to problem solve. Extremely grateful.
Cabin was very comfortable and warm!
