Nishat Gulberg leads in hospitality in Lahore
Our recent three-night stay at Nishat Hotel Gulberg was yet again an exceptional experience, and it truly reaffirmed why my family keeps coming back time and again. My kids especially feel so welcomed and cared for here that whenever we visit Lahore, they insist that Nishat Gulberg should be our first choice.
From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the welcoming door staff set the tone for a wonderful stay. A very special appreciation for Mr. Waleed at the front desk, who was extraordinary in ensuring a smooth and quick check-in along with a very comfortable room experience. Mr. Irfan Khan also deserves special recognition for his caring attitude and professionalism throughout our stay.
Breakfast is one of the most important experiences in any hotel stay, and Nishat truly excels at it. Mr. Inayat Khan and his team made every morning memorable with their attentiveness and hospitality. I would also especially like to appreciate the new trainee, Ummamah, who took such thoughtful and special care of my kids during breakfast small gestures like these leave a lasting impression on families.
Another gesture that genuinely stood out this time was when I wanted to use the gym an hour earlier than its regular opening time. Shan from the housekeeping team kindly offered to open it early for me, which I deeply appreciated. Such willingness to go beyond routine duties reflects the true spirit of hospitality.
I sincerely request the Nishat management to appreciate and recognize all these wonderful individuals. They are the real reason behind customer loyalty and satisfaction, and they make guests feel valued, respected, and at home.
Highly recommended for families looking for warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality in Lahore.

Amazing hotel
I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—so friendly and quick to respond to any phone calls or requests we had, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. We actually arrived at 12am midnight after a bad experience at another hotel, and they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating despite the late check-in.
On our last day, our suitcase broke and the staff still went out of their way to try and help fix the problem, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and smells amazing—it has such a fresh, pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, it was a great experience and I honestly wish we had stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
On our last day, our suitcase broke and the staff still went out of their way to try and help fix the problem, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and smells amazing—it has such a fresh, pleasant atmosphere.
