Grey Villas

It was great Guest House, we stayed there for two days. We enjoyed alot in "Grey villas" we got all facilities there just like neat & clean furnished Bedroom, fresh atmosphere, kitchen with all facilities. The main thing which we liked that it is situated in peacefull with awesome views in surrounding that villas.
We highly recommended that guests house whenever you visit murree, you must stay there.

Beautiful Location, Terrible Management

Beautiful location, terrible service. We booked 2 rooms for a family and deposited advance to reserve the rooms. Upon reaching the accommodation, we found rooms to be very untidy, washroom as if room belong to a stag for long as the flush was filled with Cigarette buds and the room smells of GAS. As there was a leakage of gas from the kitchen.
Upon complaining to the accommodation management, they rather accused us that we as a guest are dodging them just to leave the accommodation in their peak season. Rather than fixing their room issues, they bluntly asked us to get out as they don’t want us as their paying guests.
Mind you, they did not refund our advance payment. Nor they ever mentioned whether the booking is refundable or nonrefundable at the time of booking.
THE ACCOMMODATION MANAGEMENT IS RIPPING THEIR GUESTS AND BLOWING UP THEIR OWN RESORT WITH THEIR PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR AND MALPRACTICES.
THIS ACCOMMODATION IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES.

Love the stay

Have just enjoyed an excellent stay here where there is a happy atmosphere throughout the hotel, All of the staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly and this coupled with first class accommodation.

Review

One of the best place to stay with family in Murree. Very hygienic, cozy & comfortable place. Easily accessible when you reach Murree. Well mannered staff & very delicious food. Very experienced & well mannered Owner/host & groomed staff. Many nearby attractions for kids & families. Highly recommended.

Ideal Hotel

I stayed there for four days in April. The room was perfect with a good sized bed and sofa, TV. Hot water is available all the times. The service is really good too; they even provided me with an extra heater upon my request when i felt extra chilly.
I would recommend this hotel strongly.
