Lima option

Simple hotel, with big rooms and good breakfast. Hotel has elevator and located in a good area o Lima. The only challenge has the payment, considering no credit cards available for payment, only cash and this was informed only in the checkout.

Hotel well

Good hotel , clean rooms but Check in is long.Lunch service is good and so is service. But the television is very strong in the dining room. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for something good and cheap. Several restaurants nearby.

Attention - vols dans les coffre-fort des chambres

Afin de vous éviter la même catastrophe que nous avons subie, nous mettons en garde les voyageurs souhaitant séjourner à l’hôtel CANDAMO à LIMA. Nous nous sommes fait voler des sommes importantes d’argent dans deux coffre-fort mis à disposition dans les chambres de l’hôtel. Comme à l’accoutumé, les coffres étaient fermés grâce à des codes confidentiels que nous seuls connaissions. Après notre première journée de visite de la ville, nous avons eu, notre fille et son mari dans une chambre, et ma femme et moi-même dans une autre, la très désagréable surprise de découvrir que nos coffres ne pouvaient plus s’ouvrir et que les codes personnels que nous avions rentrés le matin même avaient été réinitialisés. Nous avons dû faire appel au responsable de la sécurité de l’hôtel qui, après 2h d’attente, a débloqué les deux coffres pour de nouveau y avoir accès. C’est après avoir recompté notre argent que nous nous sommes alors aperçus du vol. A noter que nous avions compté notre argent avant de le déposer dans les coffre-fort, et cela juste avant de partir visiter la ville le jour-même. Nous sommes donc certains des sommes manquantes et il est impossible que les vols viennent d’ailleurs.
Après plusieurs réclamations, le responsable de la sécurité a simplement estimé que la responsabilité de l’hôtel n’était pas engagée et n’a pas donné de suite. Nous ne percevrons donc aucun dédommagement.
C’est donc bien sous couvert de la direction que les vols sont perpétrés dans cet hôtel et la technique semble être bien rôdée.
Ce message a uniquement pour vocation de vous alerter. Ne commettez pas la même erreur que nous : ne laissez rien dans les fameux coffres forts sécurisés… ou désertez totalement cet hôtel !

PESIMO SERVICIO

Hice una reserva para 2 días y me cobraron así.
Pero luego resulta que querían cobrar adicional, pésimo hospedaje.
La habitación sin agua caliente y el servicio de limpieza pésimo.
En absoluto el peor hotel de la capital.

Pésima atención

Los trabajadores del hotel te atienden de una manera que deja mucho que desear.
El cuarto donde me atendi estaba con una luz averiada y encontre el tacho de basura sin limpiar.
NO recomiendo ir pasaras por un mal momento. Hay mejores opciones por la misma zona.
