Fun apartments with a view!

This place was great, even if it was a bit pricey. The view was amazing, the room was comfortable, and I had fun there. I would say during the winter provide room heaters, as it did get cold in the place. There was supposed to be a pool but the staff were mysterious about it. It says it exists on booking.com but we couldn't find it and the staff would avoid giving us a straight answer. Someone should find out as if there is no pool, it is misleading!!! I did read the reviews about people saying they were scammed but the owner was friendly and we had a great room and never had to change rooms. I would advise just to be in contact with the owner. I told him our arrival time, so he expected us.

Worst experience of our 4 month South American Trip! Do NOT book here!!

We booked through booking.com and when we arrived the man at reception said that we didn't have a booking and then refused to speak or acknowledge us!
When we showed him the confirmed paperwork proving we had a booking he still ignored us.
Eventually we got booking.com on our phone and asked him to speak to them. He told booking.com the same thing. They told him that someone there had accepted our booking, he was rude to them as well.
It was bad enough that we were left stranded without any accomodation but his attitude was deplorable. If a mistake had been made at his end a normal person would try and help to sort it out, we weren't even offered a phone call or wi fi.
If you book here you take a big gamble that you will be left without anywhere to stay.

They announced one, nice apartment and take you to other much worst! Be careful, it’s a scam!

When we arrived, the owner appeared with information that we have to be moved to other apartment of much lower quality for the same price (older, no pool, no sea view, worst localized)
We wanted to called Booking, however he flatly refused and threatened to leave us on the street otherwise, then when we decided to stay he refused to give us receipt (to avoid paying commission to booking company)
Viewing reviews of other travellers, this seems to be common practice for this person. Don’t take this apartment, for this price you can have really nice hotel in Miraflores.

Best apartment you can get!

Amazing view, modern flat with everything you need, close to pubs restaurants and Larcomar mall, safe area! Cheap and fantastic, all I have to say!
Vista molto bella, appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, elegante e nuovo, prezzo onesto , zona molto sicura piena di pub e ristoranti, di meglio non c'é!

Be careful, this people advertise the location but once you arrive to the place they take you to a different location,

We booked this hotel, we arrived late at night and then we were told that someone would pick us up and take us to a different location, really bad, no explanations at all,20 minutes after 2 rude guys showed up, no identification, when we asked for an explanation they threatened to leave us in the middle of nowhere, in a place were we were visiting for 1st time. We ended up walking with our luggage and paying $300 for the night at the only hotel ( Hilton) we recognized and trusted. Bad bad experience, we booked this hotel from Booking.com ( bad mistake) they said that it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide the right information. Don't trust Terrazas Apartments Miraflores, you won't get what they advertise.
