A quiet place to stay

We booked this hotel,at the last minute for 4 nights. When checking in they offered us a choice of rooms. It was a fast check in with a view of the ocean. The room was clean and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. There was an awesome restaurant just beside this hotel, with a walk up a hill. Well worth the walk up the steep hill. If you are planning on staying here, have a good book with you. The wifi service was weak, we went to the reception to use the internet. If you need access to the internet 24/7 it is probably not for you, if you want quiet beaches and tranquility then this is the place. It a 20 minute tuktuk drive to Mancora. I loved this place, my partner was a bit reluctant to, thinking that there was not enough stir but he came around after a while. The staff were friendly and helpful, with limited English. I loved the sound of the ocean while sleeping.

Never go to Hotel Costa Blanca Vichayito

Facts:
1. Since my arrival I could see disorganization, in that area is established a motorcycle whereabouts, the counter is climbing the stairs and we had to climb the bags to check in.
2. While the rooms have good sea views, the poor conditions of infrastructure and cleanliness detract from the former.
3. The TV never worked; they told me they would change it but they never went.
4. They do not chemically treat the pool, cleaning is basic. The sand shower wasn't working, just a few splashes of water were coming out.
5. I wasn't informed that I was going to have parties until 1:30 am, and the truth is if you're going with kids it's the worst experience. You can't sleep because of the bullshit.
6. My daughter fell and had a knee injury, when I went to reception I was told there was no topic. They didn’t help me, they just gave me a cream and oxygenated water for me to cure myself. I had to take her to Mancora with me to take care of my daughter.
7. I had to leave 1 day before the paid reservation, my family no longer tolerated the bustle at night. Before I left the hotel I asked for the claim book, I was told there was none.

The rooms are nasty, no towels, no shampoo or soap, no air conditioner, all the pictures they show online are fake. I won't recommend it to anyone. Please stay away from this place.

Bed bugs, showers worked every other day, Toilets randomly worked, pictures on Expedia were not an accurate representation of the facility. Clearly doctored to appear better than it was. At best a 1 star hotel. Everything was overpriced for what you received.

Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk.
Not a lot of stir, bring a book.
