Loved the Hotel would definitely go back to my family

I loved this hotel. Perfect for families. All clean, comfortable and safe. The kids slept great and the breakfast loved it. The staff was very friendly and the location is ideal to move without stress. We felt at home and would definitely come back.

Good Hotel and Location in Tacna

Highly recommended, the breakfast and service were excellent and very friendly. The service was quick and efficient for all times. Always willing to help me in any way I need. The room really liked its design and everything very hygienic. Apart the location is close to everything I needed on my trip.

What an experience...

One of the best hotels we've been to lately. Good location, fair price, excellent breakfast (great variety in the buffet), very comfortable and stylish rooms. The wifi was wonderful. The staff was super friendly throughout the stay. Having parking at the hotel was a great plus

Not what I expected

This was my first time in Tacna and I got carried away with comments such as “don’t worry, all Tacna hosting is super good and what sets it apart are additional themes”. The truth is that is not true, I booked online taking into account the information of the page and there are some issues that need to be improved. Starting with the good, there is breakfast, parking and location. Moreover, the rooms are very small, as are their beds, bordering on ridiculous. There were days when I couldn’t shower with hot water, the response from the reception desk is that the key is turned to the left (trying to say that it was my responsibility, being that there were instances when I actually showered with hot water ) or that I had to wait for the water to go through the pipes (at least I waited 15 minutes). The very bad experience, for the next one I will pay a little more in the “traditional” hotels.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Lamentamos que su estadía no haya sido como esperaba. Contamos con distintos tipos de habitaciones según tarifa, y las camas estándar que ofrecemos tienen medidas comunes en Perú (135 cm de ancho).(Nosotros no fabricamos las camas) también disponemos de camas King para mayor comodidad por un precio mayor.
Respecto al agua caliente, tomamos nota de su comentario, aunque es es problema en la mayoría de hoteles con alta demanda. Nuestro sistema ya fue cambiado, para ofrecer un mejor servicio, claro con un precio mayor.
Agradecemos que destaque el desayuno, la ubicación y el estacionamiento. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de atenderle mejor en una próxima visita.
