Unforgettable Experience!
I highly recommend this incredibly peaceful and stunning place! The rooms are perfect for a large family and are extremely clean. The staff is incredibly wonderful..
The hotel manager Raymundo is an exemplary manger that goes above and beyond. His great leadership is reflected through his dedicated staff. Edith was so amazingly accommodating and so kind. My children were so happy to eat the dishes she prepared for us. Breakfasts are buffet style and they include coffee, 2 different fresh squeezed juices, bread options, different fresh cut fruits, jam options and she prepared eggs (any style) with a side of potatoes, ham and cheese.The selection for lunch and dinner was also diverse and delicious.
Every morning you wake up to a beautiful scenery, great food and the hotel alpacas roaming around and walking past your front door! My children did not want to leave… we loved it so much we ended up staying a few more days.

Beautiful Resort!
This was an amazing place to stay and only about 15-20 minutes from the Ollantaytambo train station. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite and it was beautiful, roomy, and clean! Raymond and each of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Retreat with Resort Prices
This hotel is beautiful and clean. The bi-level family bungalow looks exactly like the photos online. The setting is peaceful, but keep in mind it’s about a 20-minute drive from the center of town. While the staff is incredibly warm and friendly, the food situation was just okay. The menu is a bit limited for a long stay, and prices for basics like water and coffee were 3-4 times what you’d pay in town. We weren't impressed with the breakfast at all—even though it was free, we skipped it the second day. It’s a great spot if you want quiet vibes, just be ready for the resort prices.

Beautiful place. We stayed in one of the family bungalows. It was perfect for our family of 4. Nice and clean. The staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. The only down side was the distance from town. Had to take a 20 minute shuttle or taxi to get around. The resident alpacas were a nice touch.

Relaxing stay in the Andes
Loved the alpacas at the property with the cozy Andes mountain vibe on the patio and through the dining hall. Balconies were perfect to enjoy the cool fresh air. Staff was so easy to work with aligning transportation and food reservations.
