Everything was ok in principle. They have a strict policy to allow checkins only after 4pm, we arrived 15.30 and they wanted 10eur. As a business traveller this is quite ridicilous. The receptionist was mercufyl and was able to get us in 15mlns earlier. In the evening wifi and tv stopped working and they didnt work next day either (wifi i got to work w temp nw credentials next morning). So as a regular business traveller this wasnt one of the best experiences and propably wont return to this hotel again.

Impossible to sleep, water driplets on my face!

The air conditioning in every room is installed directly above the beds. During the summer the air conditioners drip water onto the faces of the guests while they are sleeping.
We tried changing rooms within the hotel, but the same problem occurred in every room once the air conditioning was turned on. We were unable to sleep properly because of the dripping water woke us up several times during the night.
This is probably problem only during the summer months. Otherwise the hotel is clean and quiet for families to stay.

In April 20 26 there was a great deal of construction in the neighborhood so traveling between the street car stop and the hotel was not quick or easy. I think after this street construction is resolved, it will be a good place to stay if you don’t mind being outside of the Most picturesque area. 10 minute tram ride to historic areas.

proper place to stay, close to public transport. one small detail: when checking in, I specially asked about breakfast----was it includes...and the answer was "yes" .. in the morning appeared that it was not included, so it was kind of bad start for a day. they switched IT systems, so maybe it was about that. cannot remember all my bookings

It was a nice hotel. Nothing too special but nothing bad.
