Hoteliers also, we needed a break. The Belle epoch hotel is just what you need if you are aiming for Aix-les-Bains. Maud has been very patient with confreres who arrive at the pdj at 7:30 to leave at 10:00... We felt right at home. Thank you! Beautiful restaurant recommendations, convenient parking. The small Riva room located on the top floor is cocooning at will it was perfect. The lack of elevator forces us to work on our cardio and the sound of slippers as we climb the steps made us laugh. Discretion 0 to sip a glass of white on the pretty terrace!

Small hotel well located

Small hotel very well located but no reception.
The staff is only present from 16:00 to 20:00 even if we warn that we would like to drop off the luggage, door closed.
Nice, modern, large and comfortable rooms.
Simple breakfast, decent.
Cons: a lot of stairs, to take into account. And at the front of the front door uncleaned pigeon droppings, not very engaging.
But the hotel inside very clean.
Paid parking nearby, very convenient. Parking card provided by the hotel.
Reception staff and very cold breakfast, Minimum Service, we feel disturbed.
In conclusion, a nice address in the center of the city, but with minimal Service.

Merci pour votre retour concernant votre expérience dans notre établissent. Nous vous remercions de signaler que l'hôtel est bien situé, en plein centre ville même.
La réception est ouverte de 7h à 12h et de 16h à 20h. Comme expliqué sur TOUS les mails de confirmation/réservation. Nous possédons seulement 8 chambres. Une arrivée en autonomie est tout à fait possible, même en classe 4 étoiles.
Concernant le personnel, je suis désolée de votre mauvaise impression et vais remédier au problème. Nous avons d'excellents avis sur l’accueil et je souhaite que cela reste ainsi. Encore toutes nos excuses.

Very good location near downtown

The hotel is in a very good location to the city center. The car can be parked in a parking garage near the hotel. The reception was uncomplicated, the staff pleasant and nice. Only the price for the standard breakfast seems too high for us.

Le petit déjeuner est proposé selon 2 formules. une simple à 15€ et une version brunch à 23€. Nous ne proposons pas de buffet, au vue de la configuration des lieu. Il est proposé avec une service à table.
