A perfect night

The owner was extremely kind. As my accommodation on Auvillar is unhealthy, I have or have a last minute room in this hotel. Very clean, very comfortable, room with all the necessary comfort. Everything was perfect. Thanks again!

Excellent lunch in the shade of plane trees.
Special mention to filet de Saint-Pierre and dessert.

Pension , Resort for travelers , no comfort , no secure parking!

Disappointed! By access to a cool room , for the heat it makes a fan , the Award high... otherwise the village is nice , to walk . For young couples 30 to 50 years old , why not ... spend the 50 years the stairs with suitcases it is not obvious ... here we have dinner on site , it was in the course of the situation .... Out of 5 , I would put for the whole between 2 and 3 ...

We feel good there

Good morning,
We stayed two nights at this hotel in Auvillar.
We chose this hotel because it is located in one of the most beautiful villages in France: combining business with pleasure is always better.
This hotel is very welcoming, the staff takes great care, you can feel an unfeigned kindness.
The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
Decor a little dated but that doesn't bother me.
As they are a restaurant, we had our evening meal, it was very good and we noticed the freshness of the products.
Small downside for breakfast, for me, not enough choice for this price, but otherwise it was good.
And special mention for the employee who takes care of both the bar and welcoming travelers from the restaurant, running everywhere, with kindness for everyone, I was amazed and I hope she receives the salary of the three positions she holds!

Hopefully you receive better customer service

The room was very adequate, basic and very clean . The reason for the rating was the rudeness of the female staff at the hotel. Eye rolling, huffing and puffing when any request was made by customers for a coffee or alcoholic drink. Very disappointing as we have not encountered any behaviours like this anywhere in the last month in France and it came as a major shock.
