I could have put 5 out of 5 but...
Too bad you didn’t upgrade me (platinum) when the hotel wasn’t full but I agree that this is a subjective review

Very disappointed!!
We have reserved the offer for Valentine’s Day: On our arrival a cold blonde lady at the reception who does not transmit any information and who at the time of collection since I was paying a part in cb and cash I had to take it back twice because she wanted to make me pay 50 € more following her bad calculations ... We are obliged to ask for information on access to the space although be included in the formula and come to ask for a locker room key.
To our greatest surprise arrived in room it is the first time for a hotel of this supposed standing we find neither slippers nor bathrobe when we ask the reception everything is extra and with caution!!.I personally have never seen this in other 4* hotels! We had a room that is right next to the spa access as much tell you that I slipped twice because of the humidity and with a breathtaking view of a digger!
Frankly hyper above this experience we will not come back because we wanted to test this hotel for this occasion leaving the hotels where we have our habits and which have nothing to envy to this hotel...
Despite everything, the lounge and bar seemed nice and we put 1 star for the restaurant in the evening because in the formula there was the Valentine’s menu included and on the other hand the staff is very competent and the meal was incredible!
At the end of the stay when I hand over the room map I was not even asked how our stay went... very surprised.
And regarding the spa pay attention to 5 deckchairs to sit while they can accommodate dozens of people.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre venue à l’occasion de la Saint-Valentin n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes, et nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions.
Concernant le règlement à votre arrivée, votre carte bancaire vous a effectivement été demandée à deux reprises car il s’agit de deux opérations distinctes :
le règlement de votre séjour,
ainsi qu’un dépôt de garantie obligatoire, comme cela est pratiqué dans de nombreux établissements.
Il ne s’agissait en aucun cas d’un mauvais calcul, mais bien d’une procédure standard.
Pour l’accès à l’espace bien-être, les clés des vestiaires sont conservées à la réception. Cette information est indiquée à l’entrée du spa. Elles sont remises sur simple demande afin d’assurer une meilleure gestion et sécurité des installations.
S’agissant des peignoirs et chaussons, ceux-ci sont gracieusement mis à disposition dans nos chambres Privilège. Pour les autres catégories de chambres, ils sont disponibles en supplément, comme précisé dans nos conditions. Nous comprenons que cela puisse surprendre, mais cette politique varie d’un établissement à l’autre.
Concernant la vue depuis votre chambre, notre hôtel est effectivement doté d’une piscine extérieure actuellement en travaux, ce qui explique la présence temporaire d’engins de chantier. Si cette situation vous incommodait, nous aurions bien entendu procédé à un changement de chambre avec plaisir si la demande avait été formulée à votre arrivée.
Nous prenons également note de votre remarque concernant l’humidité aux abords du spa ainsi que la capacité des transats, et restons vigilants sur ces points afin de garantir le confort et la sécurité de nos clients.
Nous vous remercions toutefois pour vos compliments à l’égard de notre restaurant et de notre équipe en salle. Nous sommes ravis que le menu de la Saint-Valentin ainsi que le professionnalisme de notre personnel aient contribué positivement à votre soirée.
Enfin, nous regrettons que votre départ n’ait pas été accompagné d’un échange sur votre ressenti. L’expérience de nos clients est au cœur de nos priorités.

Freezing welcome on arrival.
A towel for 2 people given by the receptionist for the spa.
We don’t tell you that you should take the key to the spa’s cloakroom at the reception because no one at the spa’s reception (saving staff?)
Pool temperature too low, jacuzzi barely warm and room temperature at the lowest.
Perfect cocktail to catch cold.
Disappointing for a hotel of this category.

Nous sommes désolés si l’accueil a été perçu comme froid.
Deux serviettes sont systématiquement fournies pour une réservation de deux personnes. En cas d’oubli, il suffit de nous le signaler afin que cela soit corrigé immédiatement.
Les températures de la piscine et du jacuzzi sont contrôlées chaque matin par notre technicien.
La clé du vestiaire du spa n’est pas remise automatiquement, mais elle est bien entendu fournie avec plaisir sur simple demande.
La remarque concernant une éventuelle économie de personnel nous semble inappropriée. Nous accordons en revanche une grande importance aux retours de nos clients et travaillons chaque jour afin d’offrir la meilleure expérience possible. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau et de vous permettre de profiter pleinement de l’ensemble de nos installations.

Room was excellent, plenty of room and comfortable bed. Only negative would be the breakfast was only average. If you sleep in, some things are finished.
