Friendly staff, clean, comfortable hotel

Very lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable and close enough to walk to town every day. There is a Carrefour beside it which was helpful if you need last minute anything. The friendly staff were always warm and welcoming, once even accommodating us with our Free Drink token even though the bar was closed for the day as we were checking out the next day. Hospitality was amazing (a far cry from the typical Parisian hotels).

Fabulous Stay!

This was a wonderful choice for our stay in Bordeaux! The staff was fabulous, especially Pauline & Tijane who couldn’t do enough for us! The rooms were clean & very well appointed. Our first night at the Hotel, we were exhausted from our travels & we had a lovely charcuterie platter in the bar with wine. Hotel is well located making it easy to venture to sights & restaurants! You won’t be disappointed! And they have AC & an elevator, priority on our list!

Amazing Staff in all Departments

Absolutely blown away by this beautiful boutique hotel and what really made it so impressive was the ever so friendly attitude of all staff members. I was booking quite a few rooms as we were on route to a family wedding so I needed lots of guidance and help as this was my first trip To Bordeaux. So I made many calls to the hotel and every time I was helped so much by the many staff in reception that I spoke to in particular Celine- Tijane- Melodie-Coralie and Pauline and of course the wonderful GM Miss Jadelus..The friendly manner and willingness to go above and beyond will stay with me forever and the lovely welcome we got on our arrival.. it was as if they knew us forever!! Well done to all of you and I hope Hilton appreciates how lucky they are to have you on their team. Hotel location is excellent as only a 2 minutes walk from the tram which comes directly from the airport.. Bedrooms are a very high standard with brilliant housekeeping staff in Dorela and Munirath. The cleanliness and attention to detail in all the bedrooms is simply top class .The atmosphere throughout the Marty is at all times warm and friendly. Breakfast is so good with a lovely array of food and drinks.. excellent staff here also and just could not do enough for us ln particular Valentin- Madonna and Emmy. Disaster

Proper breakfast. Queen Rooms offer you complimentary the accomodation similar to cage farming of the worst quality chicken farms - horrible space where you feel very uncomfortable. What is more - the shower head was broken so you were not able to refresh yourself in normal way. The room didnt have the TV remote control - When we asked for it the reception team was very rude and impolite and forced me to go down to receive the remote control which did not function. Only one team member was polite and proactive.

We are surprised to read such feedback, as we spoke with both you and your parents upon your departure, and you made no mention whatsoever of your dissatisfaction. Furthermore, we typically receive excellent feedback regarding the professionalism and kindness of our staff. Your comment regarding the staff’s attitude and their lack of politeness therefore comes as a great surprise to us.
To clarify your comment and be completely transparent, we would like to remind you that we accommodated you at Marty Hotel following the wildfires in the Gironde region. Due to these fires, the Hampton Mérignac hotel, where you were originally scheduled to stay, was unable to honor your reservation.
We were able to find you two rooms in our hotel during this period of high occupancy, despite the challenging circumstances for all of our guests and staff. Furthermore, following your feedback, we asked to our technician to check the room, and the shower was working perfectly.
We regret to hear that your rooms were “horrible” and did not meet your expectations, and that you did not share this feedback with us during your stay. These rooms would certainly have met the needs of many guests in need whom we unfortunately were unable to accommodate.

Most amazing and super friendly hotel

Fantastic hotel. Super clean and super friendly staff. From the moment we arrived to the end we had a great experience. The rooms are big enough, have AC and are very modern and stylish. If anything, a small fridge would be nice. They have some sort of box but it doesn’t cool. But it doesn’t matter as I would come back anytime. To the beginning of the town is 6 min, to the main areas 20 min walking. There is also a tram which is SUPER easy to use
