A disgrace, avoid at all costs
In view of the fires ravaging Bordeaux and its surroundings, the authorities have evacuated 200,000 people. It is discouraged, if not forbidden, to go to this part of France.
The receptionist told us this very morning on the phone that she advised us against coming and that the air was unbreathable in Bordeaux. Despite this, the hotel refuses to refund our nights... even though we have to find other accommodation.
Great brand image, especially no self-reflection, don't change a thing!

Very satisfied after a short stay
The well-air-conditioned room matches the description; it is clean and well-equipped (kitchen with basic dishes, clean and quality bedding, bathroom/WC with a large shower...)
