Highly recommended for those visiting Bourges.
Excellently located Table d’hôtes on the outskirts (800mm) of the city of Bourges. Closed parking is an asset. Very friendly and helpful hosts. When we didn't feel like going into town for dinner the second evening, a 3-course menu was immediately made, different from the first evening. After a day of visits to the city, the swimming pool provides a welcome cool down (we didn't need it, it rained all day). Clean and sufficiently spacious room with all facilities: air conditioning, shower, good bed. Very cozy bar with terrace with wide range of aperitifs. In short, a must for those who visit Bourges.

The room is top, we had a pleasant stay , I highly recommend, well placed in the city of Bourges!! Breakfast served with care and a very nice decoration it feels good, the owner is very nice, go there.

WITHOUT WORD
I recently stayed in this remarkable bed and breakfast. The room, tastefully decorated and impeccable cleanliness, offered optimal comfort. Every morning a breakfast was served, a real delight. Wellness facilities, including a swimming pool, spa and steam room, added a touch of relaxation to my stay. In addition, the private parking available on site facilitated my travel. The hosts, warm and attentive, shared thoughtful advice on local activities, enriching my experience. I highly recommend this address for a stay combining comfort, relaxation and hospitality.

DISAPPOINTMENT
We were on Bourges for a stop halfway through our journey , and we wanted to test a “guest house” to change impersonal channels of the accord group , but in which we are on known ground. We booked this guest house based on excellent reviews from guests. I think it’s important to add ours , because we were disappointed on one essential point: the sense of service .
1/ Reservation:
I wanted to focus on Live Reservation rather than on a platform , and I received a rental contract to sign and return by email , a link to pay for the room , and a text to know if I had received the link . I executed within the hour , and I had to restart the owners for 24 hours by email, text and call because I received no confirmation from them.
(Small suggestion for owners: simplify the Reservation procedure)
2/arrival:
I called to warn that we will arrive in Bourges around 3pm and if it was possible to pick up the room key or possibly drop our luggage in the entrance. The property owner replied that this was not possible and that arrivals are only from 5pm as stipulated in the contract ..
once installed (after 5pm) the property owner informs us that we have to vacate the rooms at 10am the next morning. I ask her if it is possible to Check-out later , and the property owner tells me that it is not possible for her organization.
The next morning we get up early to enjoy breakfast by the pool and I didn’t expect to have cake raci and industrial compote in a guest house that advocates fresh produce!
3/ Check-out:
We went for a bike ride after returning the room, and we quickly returned to the guest house because it started to rain.
We ask them if we can stay for cover for 1 hour , and the property owner tells us that this is not possible and that she cannot keep us!
I was shocked that we could throw customers out in the rain , when I imagined we could have had a safe coffee . What a delicacy and disappointment!!!
We will return to Bourges which enchanted us but not to Lamark Guest where we disillusioned.
Nevertheless our room was nice and the bedding comfortable.

Il va s'avérer très utile pour les futurs clients qui comme vous, c'est à dire 0.5%, qui ne lise rien et qui pensent que la vie est un miracle !
1/Vos conseils en réservation ? Mais n'hésitez pas à faire une offre pour l'établissement !
En ce qui nous concerne, vous avez un contrat de location directe en chambre d'hôtes avec des conditions générales. Vous ne le savez peut-être pas mais c'est la loi...
2/C'est donc vous qui arrivez à faire ouvrir les supermarchés, les coiffeurs, les notaires, l'administration ou autres avant et après les horaires d'ouverture !!! Mais nous ne savions pas que nous avons eu un magicien dans nos locaux !!!
Le Cake est fait maison et s'il n'est pas à votre goût, cela est dommage... les goûts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas !!! Il n'avait que 9 jours de buffet.... Plaisanterie bien sûr...
3/Quand vous avez quitté les lieux il ne pleuvait pas. Vous êtes effectivement revenues lorsque tout le monde était parti depuis 1 heure minimum.
Maintenant, je vais expliquer à nos lecteurs vos différentes indélicatesses....
Lamarck Guest reçoit en moyenne 2 500 personnes par an.
Observez ses notes sur les différents supports. Observez aussi les moins bons commentaires qui s'avèrent extrêmement utiles ! La plupart des établissement les font retirer mais pas nous !
La réalité c'est que vous connaissiez parfaitement le fonctionnement de l'établissement mais que vous vouliez arriver avant, partir après, déjeuner plus tard et que l'on vous assiste pendant 48h !
Désolé mais les personnes délicates sont celles qui respectent autrui, hors vous, vous ne respectez rien.
Si à la lecture du descriptif de l'établissement, rien ne vous allait, pourquoi avez-vous réservé ?
Mais parce-que vous n'avez pas les moyens de fréquenter les hôtels ACCOR ALL IN avec un minimum de 60% de plus du prix de la chambre.... Et oui, mon frère en dirige 2 à Bourges, je me suis permis de lui glisser votre nom et la photo de vos vélos qui fondent sous la pluie.... Il sera heureux de vous accueillir m'a-t-il dit !
"Définition de délicatesse : finesse et précision dans l’exécution". Exactement tout ce que l'on vous a dit dans votre contrat !!!
La seule chose que Lamarck Guest ne fait pas maison c'est l'intelligence et le savoir vivre... Parfois certains essaient de nous en vendre mais ils n'ont pas un échantillon sur eux...
Le problème ne viendrait-il pas d'ailleurs...
