Très correct pour le prix

Le personnel est aimable et accueillant, ils mettent à l’aise. L’hôtel est vétuste mais il ne manque rien au contraire, mise à disposition d’une petite pièce avec frigo, micro onde, évier ... je recommande.

Top location for the Butterflies Festival but...

Positive:
The proximity to the Butterflies Festival, the reception, the parking, the shower although the toilet space is too small, the quality of bedding, the dining area available, the Wi-Fi.
Negative:
Only one toilet located on the lower floor, very noisy (establishment not isolated internally and externally facing the fire station!), old locks, curtains not enough blackout (headlights of cars and beacons all night).
Value for money limit, I do not recommend.

Very Noisy accomadation

We were due to stay 2 nights, the rooms were fairly cramped and the noise from the surrounding rooms went on until late and restarted very early the next morning. Only 1 toilet between all the rooms and on the 1st floor, for those on the 2nd floor it wasn't good. The restaurant was not open, and there wasn't anywhere else to eat in walking distance. We had travelled 6 hours in the car and didn't want to travel again. We had to leave after 1 night as my friend was ill. 2 rooms, one night, 2 x continental breakfasts. 107€. Would not go back again.

Low price, OK for only one night

We were in the area for a randonée towards Mont Saint Michel, so for us it was OK for only one night as we arrived only to sleep and get up early to continue. We paid 33 euros per room, rooms are little and the shower as well. WC is in the first floor and common for all the rooms. There are no luxuries at all but the woman is nice and she tries to make you feel comfortable. She prepared a nice and complete breakfast for 6.5€ per person. We also booked for a dinner in the restaurant of the guesthouse and the raviolis champignons were amazing!! Rest was fine, careful with the bottle of poiré (10€ each...). Dinner, room for one night and breakfast everything for 2 people= 106€.

Nuit calme

Très bon rapport qualité prix, le personnel est aux petits soins , le petit déjeuner est copieux , pour une nuit en famille c est très bien.
Certes un peu vétuste mais la literie est confortable , la douche est top , nous reviendrons sans hésitation
