Noisy, impossible to get any rest
No hot water in the bathroom (a known issue since the day before, we were told at the front desk... and resolved within 45 minutes)..
Very loud ventilation noise (??) coming from the bathroom and zero soundproofing: you can hear people talking in the street and all the traffic noise (feeling like you are in the middle of an intersection) and in the neighboring rooms, but above all, it is impossible to stay awake between 11:30 PM and 12:45 AM: beach cleaning by noisy construction machinery, trash removal, ... give you the impression of being in the middle of a construction site.....
5:30 AM: a refrigerated truck parks right under the hotel windows for 15 minutes with the engine running (and a refrigerated truck is even noisier than another) to deliver to the bakery on the ground floor, they drag carts, slam the fridge compartment doors, ....
Avoid at all costs .,..

Disappointment despite a pleasant location.
For that price, we could have gone to the Barracuda Hotel at the commercial port!
The hotel is well-located, certainly, the staff is helpful, but the room was not only not very clean, but moreover, it was not made up; when we returned in the evening, the bed was left as it was and the bathroom was not cleaned either!
No commercial gesture was made; we will not return.

A very noisy night. No help from the service, despite my multiple requests.
I chose this place for the beauty of the view and its proximity to the marina.
Upon my arrival, I found a small, cozy, clean, and well-organized room. As for cleanliness, I have nothing to complain about. I even had some treats left on the bed.
However, once settled in around 6 PM, I immediately noticed the noise from the floor above.
Let me tell you that the noise continued all night: slamming doors, toilet noises, children running in the hallways, etc.
The soundproofing being poor, you can hear absolutely everything.
I therefore called the emergency number. A person answered me, saying "that she was on her way." I waited for more than an hour and resigned myself to going to rest. I still called back in the meantime, but strangely, there was no response...
Customer service sincerely needs to be reviewed. It is the hotel's responsibility to ensure the well-being of its guests, not the guest's to knock on the neighbors' doors to ask for quiet...
I do not recommend it, and I will not return.
