A very good family hotel!

We had a very good stay at this hotel.
It is very well located, a stone's throw from the Cité. A very warm welcome, pleasant and smiling people.
The room was well decorated, pleasant, clean, and the bedding very comfortable.
The breakfast is perfect, with lots of choices, fresh and quality products, an excellent coffee.

We stayed for 3 days for the fireworks

Family hotel - nice room - pool area very good-
ideal location for visiting the city, just a stone's throw away....

Stayed two nights and the location is absolutely perfect for history lovers, just a few mins walk from the main gates into Carcassone. The pool was hugely beneficial in the summer heat.

Pool closed already at 8:00 PM. No parking available after 7:00 PM, so we had to pay €30 for public parking despite being told it would cost around €3. The room was small, humid, and smelled of sewage from the bathroom. I recommend choosing another hotel if you're staying in this town.

Breathtaking location.

It is a hotel in an amazing location, at the foot of the Cité. The room, ours was on the ground floor next to the reception, was spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning (in France, it is not yet taken for granted that it is available). The buffet breakfast has a varied selection of savory and sweet options. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a pool, but we did not use it, nor did we ask where it was located. The facility can be reached from the SNCF station via bus 3, whose nearest stop is in front of the Porte de Narbonne, one of the gates of the Cité. From here, with a short descent of just a few minutes, perhaps 3 or 4, you arrive at the hotel. Nearby and in front of the hotel, there are restaurants. The area is quiet; the center and the Bastide (historic district and city center) can also be reached on foot with a 15-minute walk if one does not want to use the bus.
