Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
We had already come in 2020 and unfortunately encountered a significant flooding issue from the toilet of a neighboring room at that time. Despite this bad experience, we wanted to give the establishment a second chance by returning once again.
This weekend, we stayed in suite 110 with a panoramic sea view, hoping for an experience that matched the advertised standard. Unfortunately, this mainly highlighted a real lack of maintenance and follow-up.
Several amenities in the room were defective or poorly maintained: the water was never really hot, and the plumbing seemed cobbled together, with the button to select the showerhead or rain shower replaced by a simple rivet.
The shower seals were dirty, the towel warmer was malfunctioning and constantly buzzing, while the bathroom lights flickered with obviously faulty bulbs. There were also unfilled screw holes in the walls and peeling wallpaper, giving an overall impression of a poorly maintained room.
The terrace of the children's room was also dirty, with a wobbly glass railing joint, which is particularly concerning with a child. Finally, the roller shutter in that same room only worked sporadically.
This is regrettable because the establishment could be pleasant, but the level of maintenance and the numerous malfunctions clearly do not meet the expected standards of a 4-star hotel, let alone for a panoramic sea view suite.

Nous vous remercions pour ce retour particulièrement détaillé et précis. Nous regrettons vivement de constater que cette seconde expérience au sein de notre établissement n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, d'autant plus après les désagréments déjà rencontrés lors de votre venue en 2020.
Le descriptif des dysfonctionnements majeurs observés dans notre suite panoramique n°110 ne correspond absolument pas aux standards de qualité et de rigueur que nous nous imposons pour un classement 4 étoiles. Qu'il s'agisse de la température de l'eau, de la robinetterie dégradée, des ampoules vacillantes, du sèche-serviettes ou des finitions des revêtements muraux, un tel manque de suivi de l'état de nos chambres est anormal et inacceptable.
De plus, nous accordons une importance capitale à la sécurité de nos hôtes, en particulier des plus jeunes. L'état du garde-corps extérieur et les dysfonctionnements du volet de l'espace enfant ont immédiatement fait l'objet d'un signalement prioritaire auprès de notre direction et de notre responsable technique afin de sécuriser et de remettre en parfait état de fonctionnement l'ensemble de ces équipements. Une vigilance accrue est également demandée à notre équipe de nettoyage concernant l'entretien des terrasses et des sanitaires.
Sachez que vos observations constructives nous permettent de cibler les interventions urgentes à mener pour préserver le standing de nos hébergements. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour ce séjour décevant et pour le manque de confort occasionné.

The hotel is not worthy of a four-star rating.
Pleasant and clean room
The lounge area in the lobby lacks comfort; the chairs are old and uncomfortable.
My husband cleaned the footbath of the pool, and the exteriors lack cleanliness (cobwebs, bird droppings on the seats around the pool).
I want to add that the staff is doing what they can and should not be blamed because it is a staffing issue.

This is a great place to spend a vacation!
Extensive breakfast buffet, attentive staff - an in-house spa, and the sea is just a few steps across the boardwalk, as well as a number of nice restaurants.
For a vacation, it is certainly an exquisite location; the fine sandy beach invites swimming. Also a comfortable place to stay for those interested in the prehistoric stone monuments in the area.
A small downside: The room doors still have "analog" keys, which can be inconvenient for multiple occupants of the room. And in the shower, a shelf for soap and a razor would be convenient.
