Stay ok
Its location is suitable to get to Disney, transport seems to bring to the park rather easily even if we opted for an Uber, in 20min we were at our hotel in the park.
As for the hotel itself, the room was very small, we had opted for a room with private bathroom which was also tiny but however considering the price paid I think this is very correct, especially as everything was clean and rather quiet.
So I can only recommend for a small night but not for a stay of several nights.

a more than mediocre stay
In addition, the toilets were in a state that really leaves something to be desired, I'm not even talking about the smell.
Positive point: the price of the room was not very high, fortunately for the stay we had.

Dirt, smells, noises
It emanates a significant toilet smell (to be polite) from the bathroom, you quickly understand why the bedroom window was open despite the bad weather upon arrival and the trash can placed on the shower drain (bedroom cabrio) to block it...a little.
Finally, people who circulate in the corridors to go/wait in the showers or WC do not respect the silence (laughter, children screaming).
The hotel is well located, too bad...

Do not recommend
The room ("side car") was indeed small but not oppressive, clean.
Regarding our stay, the big downsides were:
- the cleanliness of the toilets (common, in the corridor): stained floor, difficult drainage (pediluvium effect guaranteed), blood on the toilet lid.
- No soundproofing. We hear everything that happens in the corridors, the stairs, the entrance... If unfortunately you are "lucky enough" to stay at the same time as strangers who speak loudly, slam doors, KNOCK on doors at 7 a.m. in the morning, you will not sleep well or much.
I wouldn't really recommend this hotel, I regret not having spent a little more to get a hotel with a higher standard.
If you book anyway, remember to take towels (fortunately an allergy forces us to always take them otherwise we had nothing) and earplugs.
