We had booked several rooms for a family reunion. All our guests were greatly satisfied , by the welcome with friendly, caring people, smiling maintenance staff, ready to advise and give satisfaction, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, quality and hearty breakfast. The service is lame but the dishes good though expensive

Arrival at 8:40 pm, it takes 20 minutes to give you the card, a card for 4, it's complicated! Then the order is finally taken, the dishes arrive quite quickly. Arrived at dessert time, not possible because the kitchen closed at 9:30 p.m., it 9:36 p.m.... despite an attempt to catch up with the cook to prepare desserts, we decide to leave. Common sense would dictate that we should not be left languishing especially at the end of the shift. As a Columbian, it is obvious that I will not come back to this restaurant, and I will not fail to make known around me

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la qualité de nos plats, même si vous les avez trouvés onéreux. En revanche, nous regrettons sincèrement que votre impression globale ait été altérée par la qualité du service.
Concernant l’attente en début de repas, nous souhaitons vous apporter quelques précisions. À votre arrivée, vous aviez déjà fait votre choix sur la base de la carte consultée en ligne. C’est pourquoi celle-ci ne vous a pas été présentée immédiatement. Lors de la prise de commande, vous avez demandé un plat qui ne figurait plus sur notre carte actuelle, la version en ligne n’étant malheureusement pas encore à jour. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu créer une confusion, et nous le regrettons.
En ce qui concerne le service des desserts, nous comprenons votre déception. Bien que notre cuisine ferme à 21h30, l’heure avancée a effectivement limité les possibilités. Cela ne devrait toutefois pas impacter la qualité de votre expérience, et nous allons sensibiliser notre équipe pour mieux gérer ce type de situation à l’avenir, notamment en fin de service.
Nous prenons votre retour au sérieux, d’autant plus en tant que client local. Soyez assuré que votre avis a bien été transmis à nos équipes dans une logique d’amélioration continue.

Excellent establishment

During a stay at this property, I noticed that a bottle of water was missing from the room. I went back there recently and there in the room a bottle of water was at my disposal.
This shows all the attention paid to customers, which is becoming rarer and rarer...
I highly recommend this hotel restaurant. Thanks again.

Didn’t correspond to the very nice photos on the site. No coffee machine in the room as per photos. Not up to the quality of other Brit Hotels I’ve stayed in.

Hotel Fantasma, Ghost hotel, vuoto.

I would like to do a review but I can't! Since I arrived and the hotel was empty, no one answered the door, and the number for assistance did not answer, in fact they answered twice but attacked me in the face! I was out there for about 1 hour knocking and walking around the hotel to see if there was someone and instead no, a ghost hotel! I booked this hotel with Smartbox so I can't even get a refund! So I don't know if you find it open and you feel good but I would avoid getting lucky and find it locked in a neighborhood even questionable where I was approached by two kids throwing rocks and trying to bother us and bother us. an experience that I would not wish on anyone! In the end I paid for another hotel and also had to pay uber.

Durant un mois nous vous avons contacté à plusieurs reprises par mail et téléphone sur les coordonnées enregistrées sur votre réservation.
Nous avons également prévenu plusieurs fois SMARTBOX de notre fermeture estivale et de votre non réponse. Tous les autres clients nous ont répondu.
Je suis navrée pour le désagrément mais nous avons tenté par tous les moyens de vous prévenir et nous n'avons pas facturé la nuit de notre côté.
